Avg standard apartment for families. Very less amenities. But maintenance amt charged by society is high.

The society is getting old and the maintenance is very poor. But they charge 4-5k for maintenance per month! A block lift breaks down every 2DAYS, the garbage dumping room looks worse than municipal dumping ground and the society is infested with rats and bandicoots that destroy Cars. And theres pigeon poop everywhere including on cars if you get an uncovered parking spot

Its good & Near to IT hub.

Very convenient and safe and secured gated community. Have been staying with my family for >9 yrs and really good neighbourhood . The community is varied and celebrate together

Along with the location advantage and lot of existing amenities, the new look of the apartment and with lot of greenery inside, we had a wonderful lock down period in our society.

Very convenient location with easy access to Mahadevepura, Whitefield and Marathalli side.Spacious rooms. Gated community with 24x7 security monitoring. Cauvery water available. GAIL connection also planned to implement( pipe line jobs are completed, main supply connecting is pending currently). Almost half a kilometer to the proposed Metro Train station.

Even as a Blog Brand. i Find this Place to be Amazingly Subtle Secured!and a Joyful Valley of Innvovation!

This is a one of best , beautiful and comfortable place of live in Bangalore... and in souhindia .I very much like to stay through of life .

Festivals celebrated really well here. Holi, Ganesh Chaturthi, Chath Pooja, Independence day, Republic day, Annual Day of Dazzle etc.

Excellent place for family and very neatly maintained.

I have now been living here as a tenant for a couple of months and I feel that this is a calm and secluded place right in the middle of everything. Beautiful lake new from the balcony and lots of trees and plants. The wind that flows in the evenings is awesome!
