Living here from past 7 months plus . Have been living in apartments for last 15 years , I feel I finally got a home . My home . Planning is good , workmanship is excellent. Little expensive but worth as quality comes with cost . It’s a personal opinion however have to feel to experience . Thanks to VKD for creating a great place to live . Do not buy! The workmanship (plumbing, carpentry etc.) including plastering and curing is very bad. You will only get to know the reality only after buying and residing. Do not fall prey to his builder by looking at the exteriors. He charges dearly for some of the amenities which he does not tell during registration. The residents have to plead to switch on the diesel generator during power shutdown.The builder fails to keep his words after registration. There are many flaws which builder agrees to correct but, does not.The builder has made is brother (who resides here) as the care taker and he controls and misuses the power.This property is not worth the price being quoted. The builder has appointed a maintenance manager who is his close associate and he too is ineffective in delivering his duties. Overall I am unable to enjoy my stay here.All the other reviews are fake and none of them are staying here.I am a resident here from past 4 months (name changed)

I stay here from more than 3 months. The builders relatives and friends also stay here and there is a lot of preferential treatment. There are many flaws in the construction and the owners here are dependant on builder to rectify. Too much follow-up is required and there is no seriousness to solve issues. The maintenance charge is also very high for the service being provided. The contractor is the builders brother who misuses the power given. They have deviated the plan and have constructed a room on the terrace which the builders brother uses for his personal purpose during weekends. The builder is not letting others to head the association. Strongly suggest not to buy. The marketing team has innocent looking people to lure buyers. Later, they wash off their hands asking to contact builder.Buy only if you want to spoil your health by taking tension.

We have bought a flat from this builder and we are staying here and he is down to earth person and completed works one year before time received oc and A khatha as well for all the flats. Good quality construction and given amenities more than commited in brochure so happy to pick up a flat in krishna gardenia. Full clear documents they have which I feel is top priority while buying.

Better go for reputed developers and builders who are bothered of their reputation. This builder team is very shameless and change words often. Everything here is trial and error and buyers should pay. They are slow in solving issues. The materials used other than bathroom fittings are all of bad quality and have started rusting already. They used good fittings in bathroom but, plumber work not good and leaking.Externally looks good but, internally I am not liking the environment here. I am here from past 7 months. The builder has given some flats to his relatives and friends and they behave like they are the owners and others are tenants. Please talk to atleast 15 occupants when you come for visit and understand facts.

Booked an apartment here. This is very close to upcoming metro station in Kanakapura Road. I booked this place after considering multiple projects nearby. What really standouts about the builder is the quality of construction, providing high quality doors and sanitary (literally more than promised, for example as per our contract Only main door was suppose to be Teak wood, but builder decided to add all inside doors of teak later :) True Delight!)Very high land share ratio compared to any other projects. Clear titles and RERA approved. Most importantly, unlike most projects this will be completed well before schedule. The pace of construction is truly amazing.Looking forward to taking possession soon!
