One of the best societies in South Bangalore. Cultural and social care is immense.Kids are supported and encouraged to take part in every occasion be it celebrations or festivals. Highly recommended for families with kids, senior citizens as each age segment has huge number of members and clubs which keeps them engaged and entertained. It houses mainly IT professionals and many budding entrepreneurs, Movie artists and technicians. It also has renowned lawyers, dentist, pediatrics and cardiovascular specialists. Its a value for money for long term residents as the upcoming Metro station will be at a stone throw distance and has good rental prospects for mid-term investors.

It is a good place but doesnt have all the amenities like cricket ground, etc.

Place is too big as it looks very small from outsideWhen you enter through the gate you should take left and then move towards basement . Then there are two divisions -1 & -2 they are nothing but floor . There are E1 ,E2 ,W1 , W2 blocks and the house is divided into alphabetical order. Therefore the place is too nice and it will be amazing to go through the basement.

Its a nicely maintained apartment. Every apartment have to face few issues but how they deal with counts. Klassik benchmark went through ups and down , now with a strong support from members the Manager is taking good care. Almost every festival is celebrated with great spirit. Prime location .

Good building but very small visitors parking. There is lot of place on side roads. Limited but Well maintained greenery around walkway.
