Located at the NH easy acceable metro station and great view from the place, once construction is complete it adds beauty to Bangalore. Highly recommend

One of the tallest building in the town. Beautiful environment and amenities. I tried to book a flat here, beautifully constructed and locality is friendly.

We are all struggling to get our club house which was supposed to be delivered on 2010.Since then Golden grand apartment adjacent to Presidential Tower have been fighting with the Builder .Please dont waste your Money and Time as we have been doing now.We have booked our Apartment in 2007 and still fighting for our rights to get our club house ..

Golden gate never keeps their promises..they say 2 years project will be handed over and may complete in 20 years!! We have bought a flat in Golden grand and all residents are still fighting with builder since many years for club house..

Went to Presidential Tower site for their regular customer update meeting. Very impressed with the professionalism of the meeting and happy to see the CNTC quality of construction. Congratulations Team CNTC!

This builder has delayed in all projects and not yet provided the Club House even after 5 years of occupation. Please do thorough check before investing.

GGPL the builder has done a very shoddy job with Golden Grand when it comes to finishing, customer support, quality consciousness. Lots of corner cutting all over the place. Lacks the engineering and detailing needed to execute a quality project.Do not depend on marketing. Instead please do a site visit, talk to existing residents, inspect the already done work for yourself and only then *decide for yourself*.

GGPL GOlden Gate Properties have not completed the club house and many promised amneties for Golden Grand apartments, the building next door to Presidential Towers also built by them. It has been 10 years since investors have paid and are still waiting!One of the worst builders in the city and absolutely unethical and cheats!DONT INVEST in Presidential Towers or any of their properties!

Its been more than 2 years and it was supposed to have completed in 3 years from that time. I dont see even two floors raised. We were so close to book an apartment here. By the grace of God, we. They are a joke. Notorious on the delivery timeline..

In earlier i too suffered on delay project and presently the presedential tower project is taken over by CNTC honkong group,work is in full progress based on the present progress i recommend for the good investment.

These guys are cheaters.all money pumping to their pockets.all their other projs are stopped.pls check before buying.now other projs customers are crying to get back their money or flat.this is very serious issue.pls think before putting your hard and earned money in this builder projs

The builder does not finish on time.The promises of amenities are not fulfiled.I am a resident of the Golden Grand project,they have not yet completed the club house and other amenities.

Builder is very unreliable. Commitments on Club House given for adjacent project has been pending for over 4 years and they arent willing to complete it.

Check with existing customer before you buy ---These people have been promising amenities for existing customer for last several years and nothing done till now
