Pathetic builder.Before buying go and see their 1st project E city town.After 5 years still now dey hve not completed the amenities and here dey are showing 100 amenities.3rd class maintenance.

I have 3 BHK at global techies,booked long back on Dec 2017, definitely possession is little late,but well compensated by developer by providing other better tiles,batter paints,better switches,better wood for gates,better wash basin and other toiletries,and so far looks to be good construction qualityThanks GM.

Plz do not trust this builder. Not sure about the quality or the time of delivery, but i am giving 1 star because i took a flat in pre emi and for 6 months they did not pay any money. On top of that they are charging more money from me instead of bank. Nobody picks my calls and nobody responds to my queries. I now have an additional loan of 2 lakhs due to their non payment of dues to the bank. If someone can give me the email address/ phone numbers of the top management that would be very helpful.

Being a buyer myself I can say; I am happy and confident of the project (atleast until now). The construction is going on in full swing; i can say. Demand note for floors being raised regularly for 1 to 2 floors every month. Cant complain anything till now.As per timelines, Tower C is much ahead of its completion date!Appreciate the builder for taking care of Construction workers during covid lockdown and assisting their livelihood. Also,since workers were available on the property; it took no day to resume the construction again post lockdown relaxation.

Worst builder. Tall claims. Years of delay. Substandard construction materials and poor quality. They have mastered the art of using only sand for plastering without a hint of cement in it.Check their quality in the ecity town project nearby. Everyone regrets buying flats there. Most of the 5 star reviews here are fake. Beware.

Staying in GM infinite, just adjacent to their Techie Tower. One thing I know, everyone here in GM want to sell off their property and run away ... worst construction quality, unfinished amenities, even half of the elevators not installed, no proper security, high maintenance.Better go check their quality in GM infinite to know their real face...

Convinently located, close to the IT hub as well as downtown Bangalore. The apartments are clean and comfortable. GTT overall its a simply supper.

In a good location, but would be very cautious about very congested planning, reputation of delays and bad customer experience on their Ecity Town Project. BTW not sure why they have suddenly stopped civil work on Tower 1 for almost a month now.

The construction quality in GM eCity town, which is a low rise is so pathetic, I can only imagine what it would be like in a high rise. For example see the attached video of water gushing out of the pillars, yes the pillars, in eCity town. Can you imagine what can happen? If you care for your money, please refrain from buying anyhing from GM.

100 amenities ? No joking please. Even premium builders dont take the risk of boasting 100 amenities. GM Infinite is known for huge delay in providing amenities. Inquire e-city town project and its residents for confirmation. Even GM knows what is the truth. I will correct my rating to 5 star only after delivering what is promised by Aug, 2021. GM Mall is a big joke for last 8 years (LOL), not even a single brick moved in last 8 years. Funniest joke is it is Asias biggest mall which will be nowhere hehe..

So it’s a perfect match for my requirements.They have promised possession by next year so i do keep an eye on construction speed and i do feel that we will be able to move in on time as expected.Till now i am happy with all the progress and specifically the professionalism of these people and hope that everything will be super awesome for us...

GM infinite global techies town is one of the happening project in Electronic City, after visiting their property expo we have booked 3Bhk here construction is going on full swing and we are very happy with the quality of construction and customer service is excellent, hope to get the possession at the early.

They are not professional Builders at all, i heard people have booked the flat in Tower C, in 2018 and Flat is still under Construction but they did not get the benefit of GST reduction , as builder said That they have paid the GST to Govt however property is till under construction.How will that be possible.Not recommended!!

I have visited their project GM Global Techies Town Today. Located in Electronic City, Phase-1, Close proximity to leading IT companies. They are developing the township with Mall and office space. This project is big with 32 floors and with 100 amenities. Structure is ready, Construction quality is very good with Mivan technology. They are offering good schemes like 1% pre emi for 3 years + discounts + lucky draw etc. Their project walk through is impressive. Sales guy helped me to book an apartment. I am convinced with this project and will recommend others also.

This is in prime location of Electronic City with 100+ amenities and awaited commercial infrastructures around the community.I watched the way the location has been changed in the last few years with good roads, ample of space, maintaining the near by lakes, planting trees and more on. Building pace is rapid and I guess the handovers will be on time as promised by the GM Team. Never regretted for booking a flat here, as they always listen to the customers and provide a best possible solution to the customer requests.There are couple of concerns/confusions in calculating the GST after revision by Indian Government.
