Not worthy to rent an apartment or buyReasons :> Too much noise because of water tankers passing whole day and night.> A lot of disturbance because of stray dogs barking and crying at night.> Awful smell caused by nearby organic waste treatment plant which is unbearable and all you have to do is close whole of the house which causes suffocation.> Cleaning and waste collection is not done everyday.> Material used is of really bad quality.> Lots of rats> No CCTV in parking area.> Lifts work on and off.> Too many monkeys> Whenever it rains parking gets flooded with water.> Maintenance is not good.Regretted my decision of renting an apartment. Will not suggest anyone to rent or but flats from SJR.

But dont cry after buying it like others.

SJR Primecorp is the worst builder one can come across.. Fiesta Homes project has been delayed by more than 5 years and still important construction activities are not completed. Moreover they are not able to provide basic maintenance for water, security, house keeping, plumbing etc. Their CRM, Maintenance Team and Management including Vijay Reddy are impossible to reach on any communication medium.. If you want peace of mind in your own house, stay away from SJR Primecorp.

SJR has to look after some maintenance issues period(they are improving though).... Otherwise, it is too good. Got all the high class amenities to live in.

I was looking to invest in property especially in Electronic City in Phase 2. There I found SJR Fiesta Homes, I would like to recommend this property to people who are really wanting to invest in a property that is worthy. The apartment that I have booked here is designed very well and the amenities that they are providing is amazing.

As my dad wanted a property in Bangalores best location, and Electronic City is a very prime residential location. Me and my dad visited many upcoming properties in this location, non of them found good vastu - compliant homes except this sjr fiesta homes, Im very much impressed with the architecture and design & Im going to book a flat in this building.

Fiesta home once I reached this place on private vehicle only there have no bus service consistently,nice location,out of city, peaceful area the construction works was not completed going on finishing works.

The building is 2 years overdue from handover. They are cutting a lot of corners and building things which werent agreed upon. The clubhouse was just to be the basement and 1st floor now its shot up magically to another floor or two creating an issue with the sunlight and ventilation. The jogging track is small and close to non-existent. We picked up two flats there and not even one is upto satisfaction. There are a lot of other issues. But hey listen to the paid 5 star reviews.

If you know electronic city few apartments are built by renowned builders and this is by SJR and considered tier 1 builder in Bangalore. You can literally walk to Tech Mahindra, TCS, Fidelity and almost all of the offices in EC Phase 2. If your office is in EC Phase 1 (pathetically crowded) then its just a quick drive of 5 minutes to all the offices in EC Phase 1. All great schools are near by and school bus come to the front door of the society. This is placed in such an area that no other buildings can be built surrounding it and if you buy/rent house there is no chance air/sun will be blocked forever. This place is perfectly suitable for those people who DONT want the crowd/noise/pollution of the city but want to live just 2 minutes drive to Housor main road and 10 minutes drive to all schools/malls/hospitals, etc. this property is a strategically placed in a correct and really peaceful location.

We reach our Hometown 40 mins early, as the apartment we stay made us to overcome the traffic hectic and easy in travelling.

When I went to the project place to have a look at the 2 BHK apartment I felt the price was on the higher side. But after the salesperson explained all the options I was very happy it fit in my Budge with all the necessary amenities.

The SJR Fiesta Project as such with location, amenities and the design is pretty good when compared with other competing builders on the same price range. They did an exceptional work there but when it had to turn to realization its becoming a nightmare. So my review to the people would be the project is good but please make sure everything is in place before buying. I would stay it’s better to probably hold on for a while until it’s in livable condition even though you have to pay more. If you have contacts please reach out to the real people staying there while you go to see the apartment to get the real picture.The project Fiesta which started its pre-launch in 2011 is still not completed, the customers are frustrated of not giving what was expected, The owner would always stay away from any conversation and not take any responsibility and its all on the poor CRM to take the beating. Now at this stage if you go and Visit SJR there are few unfortunate people staying with limited power and when I say limited power it means on Generator, there are families who are risking their life with still work going on and not enough security, the community is already expected to pay maintenance even though lot of amenities are pending. SJR Customers are going through HELL phase of their life wherein their hard earned investment was stuck forever and now when it came to realization it’s another nightmare of living. I don’t want to describe the mental agony the people are going through. Don’t go by my words but check the authentic reviews in Harshasagar which is quite outdated, also search in youtube and you can find a protest from customers banging into the SJR office caught by a TV channel.To be honest please think twice before getting into this mess.
