We have moved in here very recently (6 months back) and we are thoroughly satisfied with our decision. Excellent Residential society with all required amenities. The flats are very spacious, with ample natural light and ventilation. People here are friendly and pretty helpful.DSR WW is at a very convenient location with shops, schools etc nearby. We have a general store and salon inside the complex too, which is added bonus.!!

Collection need to be improved. But good start. Hoping for better shopping experience.

Great community spirit. Lots of events hosted by residents. Convenient location with super markets, schools & public transport available nearby. Clinics like NH & Columbia Hospital available close by. Shopping, restaurants, pubs all in vicinity. Only drawback is non availability of metro & Peak hour traffic on Sarjapur road.

Pretty convenient. Good community to live. Enjoying the stay here. We get plenty of natural light and air.Noise levels are high due to on going construction around, heavy traffic and petrol pump next door.

Apartment construction quality is good. kids play area is small but enough for toddlers. Club house is big and well maintained.

Stayed on rent for about 2 years - 32k for 3 BHK (sparingly furnished). Good location and amenities. Right on the main road, but not much noise from block 3. Excellent walking strip, wind and garbage segregation. Construction is okay - finish is not great. Backup from generator takes time and lifts give problem. Overall good place to rent.

We wanted to see the appartment for buying and marketing person left before time! We reached place around 5:50PM and guy is telling neither I can come back nor I can wait any other day as per my comfort!He was so rude and stupid that he said dont buy the appartment!!When he is leaving before time and telling us to come some other day, how can he expect people to spend on DSR!I dont think we can rely on DSR!! Somebody denying to sell the house since he left early and does not have time for next 2 days is a poor showcase of service!!!

Rooms are large enough but a little expensive. A 3 bhk would cost you around 40 thousand rupees

Bad construction quality...very avg...not worth the amount u are paying...major problem being water seepage in the walls...so all the house walls have become nasty with the paint ripping out...and to top it all horrible maintenance...spend the money in buying something better...
