Very bad response from DSR employees , untill you purchase flat everything goes fine . When it comes to their work no one responding and doing work. Such a negligence behaviour of engineer Vijay and facility manager sadik . Fit for nothing . No proper handovers done ,no proper guidelines followed like other reputeded builders, just working for name sake.. treating owner as their workers . Such a manner less people. It’s my kind request don’t put your hard earned money in this builder. they don’t give even minimal respect to your words once you purchase flat from them.Even a dog can understand if we tell once but DSR people can’t we need to repeat daily for 2-5 time to our work to be done . Still of no use . I would rather suggest you to go with A grade builder who give good response than with DSR… never buy !!! Being owner it’s my review anyone who wants proof inbox me I will share all proofs, lift is always under maintenance no one bothered to repair it, no proper response . Everywhere cracks and water sweepage problems… kindly @DSR CEO take a action

Resident and a proud owner. Good ambiance.Society is very active and reactive on issues.a bit far from the hormau junction but once you in the society it feels less polluted ,peaceful and refreshing.

Best apartment i found in hormavu with good environment and well maintained space with club house and amenities...few issues existed resolved for now..the committee setup the task force for each identified and resolves it and continiusly monitor to keep the Apartment to the best standard...

Pros - good open space, amenities, club house, residents are nice , supportive. Flat design is good. Quality is medium.cons- Road to the apartment, near by area is full of dust, water TDS is very high > 900, during moist season STP smell surrounds full apartment. Pavement road just outside the apartment even is not taken care by the builder.Overall good and peaceful place to live with above cons which can be fixed, but needs builder support for this.

Like most of the projects, there are pros and cons of this project as well. The biggest disadvantage of this project is the pathetic project management, shoddy work and maintenance. Flat price is competitive but definitely not cheap but their work is cheap. Before buying, ask about these issues -1. Pungent smell from STP - I dont know how much money they have saved with such pathetic implementation of STP. People are living in stench and the project manager, CRM team, CEO etc simply dont care at all. Extremely concerning situation here as its unhygienic and is a matter of health. DSR is least bothered.2. Pathetic quality of taps especially in kitchen - They have given some random local made taps which are getting rusted within a months usage. In bathrooms, they have used a brand called Vitra - never heard of this brand but atleast it is not rusting. 2 taps are Jaguar taps. People are replacing the kitchen taps at their own cost.There are other issues like very hard water etc but the above problems are making the lives difficult. If within such short span of time so many issues are coming up, Im not sure what will happen later.Think and ask the right questions. Do visit the homes of families currently residing and ask their opinion.

One of the best apartments in terms of amenities and access to ORR and IT parks. Club house has many indoor games, gym, yoga center swimming pool etc. The apartment also has kids play areas. The flats are quite spacious and well designed.

Some basic issues at this apartment -- Water TDS levels are as high as 1100.- They are not softening hard water so all appliances and pipes have salt depositions within 6 months. All taps are getting rust in 4 months. Water hardness is is dangerous and serious issue- We also are facing foul smell from STP from last 1 year.- Parking is not ready for residents use after 1.5 years of taking possession.All these issues are well known to builder but they are not agreeing to fix. If you are planning to buy here, be ready to face all these issues

Pathetic. Never buy. Lack of basic engineering.Water is very hard. I have gone bald in 4 months. All pipes and taps are rusted. No resolution from builder. Water treatment not done. On top of that experiencing bad smell from STP every night. Pls look for other propeties near by

Resident of DSR Waterscape, very good property to stay, initially there was some challenges like STP Smell & TDS in water, later builder managed to resolve the issues. good community to stay.

Do not waste your money on this project. No maintainance of Amenities.Builder doesnt care residents after sale. Lot of pending items but builder is not solving as it involves cost. Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 * in rating otherwise i thought of giving 0 star.

I can say that this is not the project that reflects DSR quality. I live nearby waterscape n my brother has a flat in dsr rainbow heights and as per my knowledge DSR is a reliable and reputed builder. Looking at these 5 star reviews I wanted to invest, but the poor construction quality revealed the hidden reality. Everything looks attractive from outside but the flats are not well designed and have poor quality fittings, the main door quality itself too poor. Tiles are not properly laid. There are common walls in almost for every flat which I disliked the most. The builder has used the best possible way to get maximum flats out a limited space. Walls are not straight which cannot be even seen in small projects by small builders. Again I trust DSR but not the construction quality of this project.

Few issues that need to be addressed :- Water quality is very bad avg TDS more than 1000- scaling due to hard water leading to appliances damage like geaser and rusting of pipe- Facing foul smell from STP

Although building has good amenities, builder is not taking care of basic mainteanance of amenties properly. I Am posting this as my friend stay there and she complain on many things . i planned but cancelled as of now.- Parking not given till now after year of occupancy. Parking allotment is not transperent.- people staying there get lot of foul smell due to STP not working properly- Not good security guards- Not good maids are available this locality- Big garbage dumping happening beside this site

Location is too interior. Road condition is pathetic. I got my car under chassis hit very hard. There is a lake nearby and it looks like a dump yard. Amenities are still not ready as expected but they call it ready to move. I had a plan to purchase, but after lot of enquiries later I realised that there are many quality issues and people on ground show callousness to address the issues. After realising the quality issues, I have discarded this property. Baseline is “luxury does not come cheap.”

One of the Best apartments situated at a distance of approximately 4km from ORR. It has one of the Best Club houses that can be boasted of. If you truly want to escape the noise and hustles of the city and yet want to experience the livelihood of the city, DSR waterscape can truly be relied upon.After the construction of underway pass, DSR waterscape has got a direct connectivity from ORR which has added value to it.

I was sceptical initially bacause of the distance from the ORR and the locality. But when you get to know the developement plan around the locality -- widening of roads to 80ft throughout , the railway underpass you get to know the potentiality of that area.. All these will escalate to a seamless travelling towards ORR as well as towards Airport.. This is a property truly worth evaluating for the builder credibility, quality of construction on such a competitive pricing. The sales team was quickly able to map my expectations and never been pushed to make any decision. The open space offered are truly unparalleled with any other ongoing projects around that area. To add to it its RERA compliant project and preapproved by SBI, that gives a peace of mind to customer.Truly recommend this property with a 5 star rating.

Very good swatch place, security is good too, Im right here. Its safe for kids to play. Uter Tur Ring is just 4 kilometers from the road.
