Dont invest in any project built by ds max.post sale, very bad service.no one listen and solve your problem.I mailed my problem post possession to the crm team and chairman ,but no one respond it.Chairman try to become hero,on each water bottle and site ,he put his photographs.Higher management is not responsible.so dont invest ur hard earned money in their project.Its happened with my friend as well who is leaving in skyscape, rampura.I want to give zero ⭐.Update on 12oct2021:1. Water leaking problem in most of the flats.2. No power backup, sometimes power off from midnight to morning3. Poor quality of work at every place like scratched windows glass, doors(opening and closing not easy, carpenter came and never make them smooth) etc.4. Rain water is flowing from the utility area pipes gap, due to this water is flowing from chimney pipe to the hob and as well as in the kitchen loft.5. Most of the times lift was not functioning due to power off.
The sales team fooled me with wrong information on details regarding the balcony, I made the advance payment check to them and when I asked about the same in writing what they promised to me, they started putting blame on each other. no professionalism and respect for customers sentiments. They lost my trust and cancelled my booking. Be careful with them what they promise and ensure you get all that in writing otherwise you will be in trouble.
Know this fact before investing!You might be a genuine builder, but please dont try to fool people by providing wrong information!We thought of investing in this plan, as the prices seem very competitive. But the information provided in written was not what was told to us by the manager. He told us that the project would complete by mid of 2019. So we asked for written proof from their office, it took almost 2 weeks for them to give us that information. In the document it was mentioned Nov 2021.THIS IS CHEATING!
This is the first of DS Maxs upcoming stand-out project. A lot of thought and details have gone into this particular project.Personally, I was not too pleased with their other projects that I had seen (it has nothing to do with the quality, but just the style of houses that was not my preference) and I was not expecting anything different with this one, until I saw this project myself.Their target customer base for this project is for customers who fall under a higher income bracket as the project quality and style seems to be geared towards that. The progress has been consistently good from the last 2 years. I hope they continue to make this a landmark outstanding project and live up to the customers expectations. By doing so, people will certainly gain faith and trust with this company.

Prime location in north bangalore. they say it as a luxury apartment project which is not true as they build relatively large number of flats in a small area, and that is the reason for competitive pricing.
