Two sideo in one appartment like seagull and best named but it is small in size

Very good place to live in. It is a budget apartment. All basic amenities are very good and well maintained. Maintenance fee is nominal in Seagull (Rs 2.50). Seagull celebrates all festivals/occasions like 15th August, 26th Jan, Womens day, New Years day, Ganesh Puja etc.The nearby building/society is called Seagull Nest. This society does not have its own deep bore-well or DG. Actually, they use Seagulls water and DG.Overall feedback is good.

Be aware of two of these apartments. One comes with OC and the other doesnt. Actually the other has a pent house which is not legally approved for any tenant to stay there. Check for which portion you are looking into and then choose. However you could negotiate the price from 5 to 15% of the quoted price and builders are trusted and famous.

I knew the apartment from the foundation stage, well built as its built on a higher platue there will not be problem of drainage system or waterlogging during rainy season. There is no heavy traffic because of its location resulting in less pollution. But the flats are a bit smaller but making it affordable and budgetary. To its north kodigehalli main road, hoody and Whitefield localities, with in 3to5 km away with IT hub, corporate hospitals, shopping Malls, towards North the Old Madras road is situated connecting KR Puram.

Great Place to live.

Decent built low cost apartment. Location-wise good if you have own vehicle, as the ITPL and EPIP area are just 5-6 km from here. But its usually not easy to get cabs from here. Now that the roads in front of the apt are built, its a lot more convenient to reach, and dust free to live in.

Nice place near to Major IT work place ,Railway station ,malls etc.

Its better than swatanthra apartment. Little old apartments. Nice to live there.

Located between seegehalli road and kodigehalli road. Good Connectivity on both roads. Bit far from public transport...😢

Not good for joint family, drinking water supply is not available you have to buy drinking water which is not good.

This place is ok for birthday parties or other functions with lesser crowd. Not suitable for marriages.

Its in good location with less traffic with good maintenance, but water problem is frequent.
