Tenant or Owner. If you want to live here as owner, you will have best experience.As a tenant, be prepared for Ignorance. The association here pathetic towards tenants and the association is proudly agree that they dont care of the tenants.If you here amenities like; power backup, water connection, gym, swimming pool, dont forget to ask about to terms and conditions.Power back up is only for very few hours, water facilities have additional charges apart from your monthly maintenance.Other good things are, you dont have to worry about groceries, milk, meat and vegetables you have many options around.Overall a good place with bad management.
