Worst location, No amenities nearby. More over owner behavior is not much appreciated. Dont give any securities because it will not be refunded to you. Rent is already too high as compared to other better options.Neighborhood is also not so good and safe.

Worst residential space, Poor over-all services.Rent is higher than normal.They demand big amount for security and dont give back properly and easily.Nearby area is unhygienic and backward.

We own the flat no. 402 in the appartment complex. Have started to live in it from Dec, 2019. We feel the location is good. To have the Metro station (upcoming) and the KR Puram railway station at walkable distance is definitely appreciable. On one side we have Indiranagar and other side Whitefield both within reasonable distance. Once the metro starts it will be more convenient. All amenities are there available nearby (Gopalan mall, KR Puram market, More, Reliance fresh etc). Persons with bad experience should be more specific (Flat nos etc) for the benefit of prospective buyers/tenants. Of the twenty eight flats only in a few flats tenants might have had a bad experience which is definitely unwarranted. The majority of owners are young professionals with progressive outlook hence such occasions are far and few.

Please dont rent out flat in this appartment from Anand Ani . He will not give you any agreement even after multiple reminders and will charge rent higher than the usual and will not return security money even after deductions.

Nice Locality, It all depends on the owner of flats. Not the appartment.I have rented my flat 406 to tenants and had positive feedback and smooth transition.To PPL who had bad experience, please mention the owner name and flat No, so that other tenants will be cautious and it also helps other Owners also in the apartment.
