Pathetic Company... Once they collect the money, there is scant disregard for the contract and terms... better to avoid..Also be very careful with these people as they can sell the same flat to multiple people and not refund to the original owners. We have experienced this

Pathetic and irresponsible Sales Team and Managers too. Made False promises and gave wrong info to get the booking done and now not refunding the booking amount from more than 3 Months, their Sales and CRM team doesnt responds & Higher Authorities like Project head and CRM head blocked both of my numbers to escape from answering me on updates for refund. Earlier they said dont worry, this is ADARSH, now I want to ask them is THIS Adarsh ?

Had and having a terrible experience with adarsh...initially very sweet talks when we buy but later their service towards the client is zero...be it in sales or their manager...I would not suggest Adarsh to anyone..Dint want to give them any star but cannot post without a star

This is a worst company even bangalore ,I am resignation my job befor one year ago still they have not cleared my PF amount and it will be pending for 2 years and i will be call hr team but they did not responding my call. I am total disappointment for there staff behaviour

Had been searching for a home in bangalore for the last 1.5 years, couldnt find the right one. I came across Adarsh builders while browsing. Even though they looked great on the website, I was still unsure about the services and apartments. I got in touch and they responded quickly to my request, and showed me around their projects. I was really happy that it was just as mentioned and immediately bought a 2bhk apartment.

We had a really bad experience buying from Adarsh Developers. They have done some nice work... but be very careful how they treat their customers. If you have any problems with them you will probably have to go to court to try and get any sort of response from them. We bought and apartment in 2005 and it was handed over in 2008 but they didnt give us the basement parking bay that was in writing in our agreement and refused to respond or sort this out. Handover was 16 months late and they were supposed to pay us 56K Rs late penalty which they havent done. Worst of all is that because of some dispute they had with the land owner the property still isnt registered after 10 years of the handover so we cant sell the place.

Really quick, prompt responses to all my queries. Am happy with their customer services and their flats are all very nice and luxurious.

Adarsh Premia is a good residential projects Ive come across in Banashankari, amenities given are good. I have booked a 3 BHK. They have good number of completed projects in south Bangalore which still looks great, though they have been constructed few years back.

My Worst experience ever their sales team is pathetic I always thought that they r reputed builders so accordingly expected great service I was so wrong I was confirmed an appointment for site visit the date & time but reach there no one is available at the site tried calling the contact number and I’m given an excuse that they r on leave and no info was provided to them I have a msg with the confirmation and the reference Id I literally waited there for an hour for them to coordinate but finally lost my temper and left I’m not wasting my money on such a builder who doesn’t value my time and has no respect for a customerYour staff represents your brand please keep that in mind pathetic service will only create bad image
