After residing for 5+ years , I am writing this review. Its just not a review written by a passerby!I would term Pruksa silvana as one of the best residential Villa gated community in Budigere cross. Most of the common areas are covered by green patch.It has a decent clubhouse with Pool,Gym, Snooker room, Unisex Saloon, Departmental store and many more amenities.Community is spread across 26acres with 320 units of villas and 81 units of Row house.There are 11 schools in the visinity. To name few ( Shriam , Baldwin , NPS , Vagdevi , Narayana , Silver oak , Vibgyor...... etc ).Nearest mall is Bridage Orion Mall with PVR and many shopping outlets.

Very quiet and peaceful place. Children play area is vast and nice
