Itz very worst service... Today Im taking a duplicate Sim for my very urgent requirement... But after 8 hrs , SIM card is not activated.. Im just contacted customer service.. they said to me the shope employee does not send requested for duplicate Sim activation .. actually itz very easy process but they will not responsible for their work.. Im very unsatisfied with this outlet.... Bad service 😡😡😡😡

I found the staff very helpful, especially Mr Vijay the store in charge was very approachable and guided me at every step.A special mention of their executive Ms Tanu, who has been very helpful and supportive throughout in getting my problems resolved. Vodafone will do well to acknowledge her outstanding handling skills in customer support.

The interior design is quite modern and open. The only reason I am putting up this review is that I liked the interior design a lot. Regarding the service, I am sure its just like any other service center where they cant do much and most of the resolution is done by system or out of their hands. Compared to any other service center, they do stand out and follow 1-1 agent customer mapping based on tokens. Yes, you should get the token as soon as possible to save time.

The store is very well organized. It has multiple counters and the staff is generally curtious. They follow the Covid guideline with respect to the social distancing but lack temperature checking and hand sanitizer

Current situation store will be opened from 8am to 10 am. I was trying the stored at Indiranagar and jeevan bhima nagar even the VI app is not updated properly. And no one gives proper information from customer service. Atleast a Request is to update your application will be easy for people who know to access. And keep a proper phone number to reach the specific stores.

There was a significant wait time to get things done.I had to wait for over half an hour just to get to the Vi representatives.The representatives were helpful though.I recommend visiting the Koramangala office if it is possible to couple it with some other activity there

Worst experience ever.The Staff doesnt know what they doing. They tried to upgrade my idea sim to vi. My old sim got deactivated during the upgrading process but my new sim never get activated. They made me go there more than 7 times but no use. And they test your patience during processing by doing silly things with their co work or cellphones. Im not reviewing in this store Im doing in general ..... This is one of the WORST IN WORST network provider ... Data well never work when its needed even Im city especially for google map while traveling Im the city ..... And never except top pick the call inside the house ... When you get a call run out top pick the call.... I think VI is thinking its mobile right sip let them run out and talk its not a landline to pick the call inside 😓

Worst Customer service.... (Shakti)I just asked about why the previous recharge was not reflecting for my number.... The executive told the Sim was not active and it will work only if recharge 249inr is done, and the worst part was they asked us to Google pay to the executive, of course we did believing it, something which they had fixed in the system for free !!!! Later I thot the Sim was working fine and went back and when browsing I realised that the recharge they said they did for 249inr was not reflecting, since I cldnt get back to the store again, I had to call the executive whose number I used to Google pay, AND THE STORY WAS UPSIDE DOWN, first we do a 50inr recharge and then 200inr, there was system issue, il Google pay u 200inr back mam... What if I cldnt get back to them? And what about the 50inr? Worst experience!!! If you dont know the issue or if they are not paying well... Vodafone please have a check !!!

Mixed feelings. Being here for the connection. Which definitely is the only good connection in my part of Bangalore. But they make you run around for the paperwork which sadly is online. They later didnt upload my details due to a snag. Tried contacting them. But couldnt get their store number. Tried Vodafone helpline- they wont help. Enter if your need is more than their mixed service.

They know how to trouble customers. The minute you want to move from post paid to pre paid they would ask for all unwanted papers. They seem to be just passing time and not wanting to help anyone. I have had my patience with Vodafone for a very long time. But now porting all our numbers to other service providers. The customer care service in Koramangala is the worst I have ever seen. Happy not having to come back again.

I have been to this store a few of times. The staff treat you badly. They try to fleece you as much as possible, the way they talk and behave gives you a feeling of second class citizen. They probably think, as a customer you do not know anything and that they can tell anything & get away with it. I wish Vodafone looks into these and take appropriate action if they want to retain their customers.

Cheat executives are inside. They give wrong information Have to use the postpaid connection for minimum of 4 months when I asked to convert my postpaid to prepaid. When I asked customer care and got to know the truth (no such restrictions for converting postpaid to prepaid), they are telling customer care people are new and doesnt know the right information. I am escalating this issue. Hope the right set of people take the correct action against this.

Worst customer service experience even if you ask to convert your sim card they will give you lots of offer even if you deny to take any offer still they will ask you ten times and than they will call manager and again you have explain sane things many times thats irritate you are not give a pleasant experience with this store. Worst customer service, executive sangeetha behaves like a slum girl, do not understand how they recruited for customer service, have blocked the post paid service and requested for prepaid SIM, they have not still proceed from 10 days, I have to take leave and walk to the show room as per customer care. They do not solve anything on phone, every time we have to walk into showroom and wait for hours to solve the issue.

Lines busy almost all the time, have to go through several select buttons to reach to the customer care and then lines are not available. The customer care employees are not at all a problem as they are doing their job well. The main issue is with the Vodafone service in Karnataka. You have increased the rate of any kind of service (data and call) with a poor delivery and customer satisfaction.DATA SPEED is PATHETIC and costly and also call rates have gone high.Please take a note that the service is for the people, if you cannot keep in mind the requirements of the people, work on it to make it little user friendly and satisfying.For Reference of Customer Care Service: Please refer the customer care service of Flipkart, its commendable.

Some of the representatives are not very knowledgeable. Who you get depends on your luck. They have a token system which is much better than Airtel where you have to stand behind representatives and barge in when a customer leaves.
