The stay was great! The room was quite spacious and had all the facilities available. The house keeping services were excellent. The food was good although it was a little expensive. I had made my booking through make my trip so I also got my discount on dinner. The services given by the hotel was quick and efficient. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We booked a single room with twin bed and found the room was quite large but it didnt carry that sense of luxury as much as we had hoped. This is in contrast to the nearby Holiday Inn that wed stayed in the day before which felt sort of rich (for the price point) but had extremely small rooms.The basement parking was full so we parked outside within the hotel compound which wasnt very spacious.Security guy and reception were cordial and helpful. The room was a mixed bag - large but looked like it wasnt dusted equally at all places; the work desk and chair were particularly dusty. Bedding was typical fare but comfortable. Toilet and bathroom were so so - large but appeared straight out of a budget hotel but again no complaints as such.Overall it was a pretty comfortable stay and have no complaints except maybe I was expecting slightly more from the Fern brand!

This has to be one of the worst places to be.They take money for everything and dont provide bills.Rs.800 was taken by me extra stating that there was blood in the blanket.Their sheets were already dirty but they did not listen to me.And visitor also arent allowed.They charge Rs.1200 for a visitor inorder to bring them to the room stating that its hotel policy.Staff was good and even they room was good enough.But i was hurt because money was taken from me without a fault of mine even after i explained them and did not provide any bills so im guessing that money goes into their pockets.They literally find ways to leak money from you.Edit 1: firstly how convenient that the software wasnt working right.Second it wasnt a credit card.I still have the receipt.Third while booking it wasnt said anywhere that a visitor would be charged extra so why suddenly when someone arrives there.I have been in dozens of hotel and no where was this done.And last i tried to convince them too that its dirt and there was dirt marks which were visible when i got into the room . Yet no one listened to me there also.

Location was great. The room was ok in terms of space, but there were some issues with the flush and hot water - lots of wastage. Customer service is pretty average - bills were not linked to room in time leading to delay in checkout, room wifi password was not shared even after reminding twice. Dont think will book again.

They should change name to dharmshala , no standardNo cleaning, they give milk jar at 300 inr but not provide cup to drink. Towel to cup, for anything call 3-4 times and it take min 40 min.Even they dont give water bottle in reverse replied staff is busy.. (dont know where r they busy where 80% room are empty)Worst thing : In noon I was present in room when they are cleaning my room. A night ago used tea cup and glass is washed with only water in bathroom and dry it with same cloth which he had used to clean table mess. No sentization.Rest food worst..For all this they charge 3k,Shame on fern yeshwantpuraI stayed many fern and many star hotels but worstest award goes to u..Giving 1 star as I dont have option for minus star

Dumb front desk staff. No coordination between reservation and front desk.Despite written instructions and advance paid as demanded , they take further advance from incoming guests. Very unprofessional and untrained. Better avoid this hotel .

The hotel and the rooms ambience is good.it is mentioned that they have 24 hour cafe, but in night at 11:15 when i checked in, i asked for cold drink and they told bar is closed. I dont understood why cold drinks are included in bar menu and not in the restaurant menu?I have to walk 500mtrs from hotel in night to a shop at shell petrol pump for a bottle of coke. Similarly in the night and morning, i asked for matchbox for smoking and to my amazement, a 3 star hotel doesnt care to keep a matchbox at reception or with housekeeping while they boast of a well stocked bar. I again have to go out to nearby shop to buy a matchbox.I would suggest the hotel management to look after these matters as keeping a simple matchbox at reception for customers to use is not a big thing, but can ruin the good experience customers are experiencing at their hotel.Rest the breakfast spread is good and checkin and checkout were fast. Sanitization practice followed by the hotel are good.Also the location is very near to Industrial area but not many general shops nearby.

During our stay in Fern Residency Yashwantpur Bangalore was awesome 😠and services of the hotel extremely appreciative. During this pandemic the cleaning of the hotel extremely noticeable the hotel gives high importance to the customer. Rooms are cleaned everyday and foods are really awesome. We all enjoyed our stay in the hotel. My recommendation for the hotel is 5*.

Very old hotel taken by fern residency hotel management, located on main road, function sounds were too much, no one can sleep peacefully there, not suitable to stay if there is any function in there hall.Breakfast has limited choices with tasty food.

Unlike most of the not-so-good reviews I read of the hotel on various portals, I must admit I was in for a pleasent surprise. The rooms were very well appointed, neat and clean. The buffet spread was very scumptious and delicious food on he buffet. It was all that one would need in the morning. I stayed for 3 nights and did nnot really feel that the buffet was repeated everyday. There was one dish new every day.

Wi-Fi is very slow and car parking is not comfortable to park

It was awesome stay of a week in this Hotel. Staff is so humble and caring. Takes care of guest very well. All committed facilities were provided with best quality. So clean and well maintained hygienic. Rooms are also good. Very happy with staff and service provided.

Good Hotel. Nice location just next to Goruguntapaleya Metro Station. Reasonable rates. Satisfactory staff, just okay. Food in the restaurant was quite tasty though a bit spicy. Rooms were nice but maintenance of the bathroom accessories was an issue. Theyre all old and worn out. Overall a pretty decent hotel at those prices.

Excellent property extraordinary service. Due to long travel I was tired so I had asked the staff on serving dinner in my room which they had provided. I have to leave early before their breakfast is served, when I told them they had provided me packed box of breakfast during checkout. Rooms were clean and spacious. Really appreciate their dedication towards serving their guests.

Liked this place, walkable distance from Taj Yeshwanthpur.Metro station is very near.The Fern itself is a very nice place to stay.Very good ambience, nice lobby, parking place is good.Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Bathrooms are a bit too small but good hot water was available.Very well mannered staff.We had buffet breakfast, wow it was just excellent, worth the money.

Booked the twin sharing room in flash sale. Located close to Yeshwanthpur Station, Metro station and CMTI was the prime reason for booking this particular hotel. This hotel is located on metro station route and connectivity is easily available to other part of Bangalore. Breakfast served was very good in quality and multiple options available to enjoy your start of the day with your favourite food. Near to this hotel there is one mall with multiplex for time pass. You can also found food options outside.
