Kanteerava Stadium is accessible from all locations of the the city through road and by metro. Located just 3 km away from Majestic area. From the cubbon park metro station it is accessible through walking paths. The Stadium is open to the public in the mornings. Schools and Colleges and other organizations can book the stadium for various events like running, football etc.Various offices of self-made fitness group and other organizations are present in the stadium as well. We can find many fitness enthusiasts working out in the mornings as well as in the evenings. The stadium has an elliptical dome consisting of 120 folded plates (precast) of varying cross-section. Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, also known as the Sree or Sri Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, is an indoor sporting arena located in Bangalore, India, near Cubbon Park, within the heart of city in the Central Administrative Area. The capacity of the arena is 4,000 people. Sampangi Lake was changed to create this sports complex. The design uses an elliptical dome.There are 8 entrances to the stadium, of which five are for public, one for the VIPs, one for stadium officials and one for players.The stadium has an elliptical dome consisting of 120 folded plates (precast) of varying cross-section (average 2m) with the plate thickness of 40mm and series of inter-connected ribs. The lower end of the dome is supported on the elliptical ring beam at 8m level which in-turn is supported on 24 equally spaced arch columns. The top of the dome is supported on elliptical ring of 16m x 8m at 29m level. A small elliptical paraboloid in-situ dome of 4m height and having a series of interconnected stiffeners is resting on the top ring. The folded plate spans about 40m between the two rings. The seating galleries are precast while the other cubicles are in-situ.

Its a nice indoor stadium I went to watch Indian womens Throwball match. Really good. Parking is available. Price of the ticket is also cheap. If you are interested in games I suggest you to watch any of the night matches. Coloring and lighting is awesome 👌. Please check the matches and plan accordingly.

Magnificent construction and great management. The facilities are properly maintained. The security checks are properly placed and makes a hassle-free experience. The whole atmosphere makes watching tournaments more enjoyable. Great place to see your favourite players in action up close. The premium seats are well placed to enjoy the matches.

Very nice indoor stadium in Bangalore, I visited for pro kabbadi match and it was great to see those light effects and sound system inside the stadium .There is Konark hotel inside Kanteerava vicinity and you get South/North Indian food and Chats as well.There are 4 wheeler & 2 wheeler parking, I felt it was quite expensive(100car/50bike), still they have maintained good parking space.-Vish

The ambience was very impressive. And the audience is just awesome. They provide hospitality for vvip ticket people means they provide food and drinks. For vip they provide food box where you have to buy yourself. Security personnels are ver nice and kind. All and all very great experience. You should go to see the match one time atleast.

Kanteerava Indore and near cubbun park very nice

Visited for pro Kabaddi match, that happens in the late evening. They usually say not to bring 4 wheeler , but there is plenty of space.. so you can take your vehicle. Indoor stadium is good to host this kinda events, the magnificent light work will attract you in the indoor stadium..You need to make an entry from Hudson circle to vital malya road..Parking fee is 50rs for 2 wheeler and 100rs for 4 wheeler for late evening matches..There are good rest rooms.

This is beside Kanteerava stadium.. Overall good indoor stadium.. Bangalore Bulls plays home matches here.. :) Again fans are simply awesome ;)

Stadium is good however some of the things were real bad. Like water drainage/leakage where public sits. That was awful experience! I went to this place in tcs world 10k marathon and this place was not able to cover up 12000 runners..

Very good stadium. Almost all the indoor games are conducted here. It has a 4000 seating capacity. It’s structure is like an elliptical dome, which looks so cool. I have been here for watching Pro Kabaddi League. There is a good parking space also.

A completely planned and built orderly to suit the needs of the visitors who come to watch the electrifying matches. Seating arrangements are very good so that the going on match can be seen vividly from all the four sides. All the visitors are thoroughly checked by the security personnel at the entrance. Eatables and water is not allowed inside. However, snack items, like, popcorn, chips, samosa and water are available but at premium price. Fresh room facility is quite good. But the drumbeats for every point they score is ear scorching and literally intolerable. Two or three big screen facilitate proper viewing and scores are displayed often. Good parking facility reduces the tension. A good choice for a happy evening with family and friends. A great opportunity to meet your Star Heroes.

Good indoor stadium but very old, steps inside very steep, seats are little comfortable but for long matches over 2 to 3 hours will be very uncomfortable to sit and move around, cleanliness and maintenance is good with adequate security arrangements all around

Well placed at the centre of the city, ample parking space, lots of sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor, good management too. Been here for the football match and there was no difficulty at all.

Visited during pro kabaddi league matches..if seat number is allocated to audience it would be helpful... rather than people sitting randomly based on their choice.. eateries option was also less..

Honestly just because I want to watch Bengaluru FC I go here. The stadium is quite huge, holds a population of about ~20k-28k. The only issues is the maintenance. Lot of seats are missing, few off them broken, few mangled, a lot of them dirty. I have seen people sit on the stairs rather than the seat. Its just not the management the fans and enthusiast who go there should also keep civilised manner of using the amenities. The rest room is not of this realm, if it has to be of this realm they have to clean which I think is tough for them. Hopefully the management will get things straightened out.

This place is easily noticeable.Its very beautiful and very spacious.There is a big parking lot.There are so many ways to enter the stadiumThere are two mini indoor courts outside this big stadium.Most of the international basketball matches takes place here.The tickets here are very reasonable.Theres also a cafe to hangout just near the stadium.

Good place to see football n kabbadi matches. No facility to keep your bag. However, you can deposit your bag at nandini milk centre at the stadium campus for 50 bucks. Its quite safe as well unless your luck is too bad.
