I had the opportunity to place on order over phone for DVD player and the Staff have taken interest and guided me with all technicalities and sent the product home the same day. The product is perfect choice to my requirement.Since the Staff were very courteous i decided to visit the showroom to buy sound bar. 13-7-20 i buyed 65 9500G model.. unfortunately that product had defects with some fault. Immediate response with the fellow representative Mr. AKHIL did replacement 14-7-20 for the same model even at the lockdown crisis.. more than a manager he took all responsibility to deliver the customer expectations.Im really satisfied with his timeline service which I got delivered today.😊

One of the worst Sony center I have visited in Bangalore because they wont give proper information about Any of the products they will see the standard of the people and based on it they will decide how much they have to explain and show the products if the people visit the center to know the product and plan to buy later they wont explain anything of rich and people with definate confirmation to buy then only they show the product with neat demo and one more thing in all Sony center is that they use to play audio as well as videos with standard sound output and 1080pixcel resolution videos itself automatically it makes us to hear looks good itself if you play normal audio or video output will be same as the normal TV audio players does then why we have to pay so much amount to them instead of that same output audio video systems tvs available for very low price. I request all of you to buy some other product for cheaper price of you buy also no issue but dont visit rajajinagar 1st block showroom worst experience

Great store which had Sony WH1000 XM3 for testing. They allowed me to test them for an hour without bothering me.Sony flagship store in Brigade doesnt have one for testing.

WORST EXPERIENCE. NOT GOING BACK. Very poor after sales service. We purchased a smart TV and Sound bar. They provided a cable to connect TV with that speaker. But the cable was for previous version of TV. When we asked to replace the cable with new version, they behaved very rude and asked us to purchase a new one.

We bought Sony TV worth 48000/- yesterday. Sales reps were good. But one sales guy spoke rudely to my aged father. Later some other sales guy helped us. They created a lot of hassles to accept documents for EMI. It took more than 3 hours. And finally they delivered the TV yesterday at 9 pm. But Now we are still waiting for installation. Two guys called that they are coming buT none of them came to install. Still. Waiting.

I was happy when i brought Sony Blu-ray player.. based on that satisfaction, had recently brought HT-IV300 home theatre from same store, I was told during the purchase.. its wifi enabled and has built-in YouTube feature. Even during installation person told, after software update will get that YouTube feature.. But till date I didnt see YouTube feature in my home theatre.This made me to change my rating from 5 to 2, for false information.. 😔

Visited the Sony showroom when I was in the process of deciding on buy a 4K TV. When I went there was a sales person name Kishore. Very friendly guy, he takes sometime to show the features of the TV you want to buy if youve shortlisted a few.If you want specific details you can clarify with him. Though he takes a little longer to understand your question. He eventually does understand and give the proper answer. I was looking to buy Sony Bravia X9000E. But ended up with LG.The main reason behind it was that. The Sony X9000E/F was not able to read/play the media from my 2TB HDD. The sales person was also doubtful of the TV supporting such a large capacity HDD. Hence we ended up LG.

They showed me the accessories of some local brand for sony phone, when i enquired why they were not keeping Sony accessories , they behaved very rudely and arrogantly. they told me since you have purchased the phone online, also purchase the accessories online, The owner behaves like a street rowdy intimidating customers. His body language is not on par with Sony brand.
