The staff here is just fine.. they dont seem to go an extra step and assist the customer. I had been here to buy a home theater system. I enquired, whats special in Sony TV when compared to others?, The answer was just Audio and video. What else does one look for in a TV..

I purchased PS4 Pro yesterday very bad service, staff is undisciplined and negligenceAnd they dont bother about customer need no discount no offer nothing, customer has to pay what they fix on the product, I think because of them companys economy is growing.The most irritated thing is they have given worst worst game Death strandingI suggest to Sony Team Train them at least basic things how to behave with the customer

The staff who stand there for sales is not that much friendly and knowledgeable about the Sony products. Worst experience ever I had in my entire life. But the showroom atmosphere and arrangement are excellent. But only issue is the attitude and behavior of person to me who stand in that showroom was worse. After all I was trying to enquire about the Sony products and stuffs but not good at all. Sorry I wont recommend this Sony showroom to any one.
