I was suffering from chronic Hepatitis and drugs and medicines weren’t helping so much. So, one day one of my friends recommended me to Shwaasa Guru who is a noted yoga and asana expert. It was really very beneficial for me and I could understand it from the fifth day onwards. My sleep and appetite all increased and got regularized and I started feeling better and better. Swami Vachananand is an excellent yoga and asana teacher with excellent understanding of life. He not only teaches you the required asanas for your health condition with care but also perfects the posture every now and then. This gives the practitioner the perfect state that one needs to attain in the asana and the feeling of it which he stresses on. As he is himself a monk, his association is also very healing as well. I recommend all to be taught asana by Shwaasa Guru Swami Vachananand.

Cost of each of their medicines is spiked by a huge amount. Their swiping machine is always non functional!
