The service is quick. , But the only problem is the service center will not pick your call when we call them and they will not allow you inside the service center , and they make you stand outside of the store I mean on the road side this is the main problem which I have faced here , kindly my sincere request to the management of this service center kindly please dont make customers to stand outside and make them uncomfortable when we visit your service center , but the service was very quick and it is really appreciable.

I have visited this service center for my mobile display replacement. They are unprofessional and they doesnt no how to talk to a customer not ever staff but few of them, treating a customer like a beggar they are not allowing inside asking the complaint on door step (Can check your camera for proof) I didnt had any argument but there service and listening skill is worst, I have found two different services 1. In ground floor they have good service and smiling staff with care to market or sell the product, 2. 1st floor has a rude talk and bad way of behaviour when we go for service. I visited other oppo branch in Rajajinagar that branch was awesome staff with good skills. Note: I love the brand and quality, dont concentrate on only brand quality atleast train your staff to gain good customers. Went to fix my screen lock issue, where I have forgot my password. They took an hour time and inform they cant recover the data, and did factory reset and handed it over on time. Good social distancing and customer service maintained.

I had visited oppo service centre in Jayanagar to get my phone service... I had a great experience... As entered Ms Dhanya escorted me to service kiosk and was asked to sit and within two minutes I was turn came and I was attended by Ms Reshma... She understood my issues with my phone and she took the phone for serviceing and I was asked to wait for 20 mins and in next 10 mins my issue with my phone was sorted off and I got my phone back with a healthy condition... I appreciate the service staff and the decorum maintain by the staff... I recommend this service centre for your Mobil service needs..

Well maintained service area with sanitizer facility.

Went with a shattered front glass screen. They changed it in one hours time. They are careful about sanitation and social distancing. Cost of service was also reasonable. 👍

Total mis guide n false information.And upon that your land-line number is kept aside, so that you escape from answeringFor your sweet response.I just want to tell I have better jobs, educate your dirty staffs.

They dont even have a charger to test my watch and the technical team dont have basic knowledge to convert chinese to English on their oppo watch. My first and last visit. Showroom and sales staff are friendly and helpful but end result was unresolved hence the negative review.

I visited to repair my oppo k3 they took the phone and said we have display and will replace it come in 2 hours, when I visited back , my phone was still like that then they started talking like motherboard is bend and all they should have called me and told . They took whole day n did nothing , very slow just pretending that they are working but doing nothing . Fooling around with customers. Idiots

Hi I had visited this place for service I think they are cheating people, I went to get my OPPO F15 Repaired mic issue and little issue with camera.They told me it would cost about 15000/- I bought the Phone for 16000/- so I took my phone back to a local guy who fixed my phone for 600/- and now my phone work perfectly fine.Dont be cheated in this place.
