Just can’t believe this is part of the most famous Narayana Hrudayalaya. Scaling up is fine, but you have to ensure the standards are maintained.On advise from my doctor took appointment and went for consultation, I was asked to pay the fee first (₹900 per consultation) and only then they called the doctor. Result - I had to wait for one hour after paying the charges.This is only a feeder unit - you don’t have doctors present or even visiting daily. Apparently they come only after patients are lined up.Health check - purportedly discounted at ₹1799/-Since the day I had the appointment there were 12 patients for Ultrasound, ( I got to know only after paying the charges) I was asked to give the blood sample and come next dat for U/s with a full bladder. Appointment was at 9:15 am. Reported at 9:00 am but u/s didn’t happen till 9:45 as doctor got delayed. Holding on to the full bladder for that long was hell. And mind you I was not alone. There were many more patients, some over 70years waiting with such full bladder. Just don’t understand why they take patients when doctors are not present at the centre.Hygiene - very disappointing. Public toilets are better maintained than what I saw. No toilet papers, garbage not cleared, no facility like shelf / tray near the urinals to place the cup with the collected sample urine. Even the tray in SF toilet is falling off. Collecting the urine in the two bottles provided is a big challenge with no such facility to place the cups.All in all standards are far below expectations.Lesson learnt - never go to such feeder units. Better go to hospitals where doctors are present.

This is just an extension counter of Narayana Hrudayalaya. No one will be there except few non medical staff. Even though you book an appointment much in advance, the doctor will not be present on time. It is always like Dr. is on the way. Even though it is clear that their payment machine is not working they will blame you. Finally the Dr. arrives and you go with a lot of expectations as he has been sold to you as the senior most and most experienced person from NH. Even though you go there with all the lab reports the Dr. claims that all those reports are wrong. He claims not to understand the computer language written by all the labs. He insists that all the tests must be re-done at NH only. By this time you would have realized that you are not talking to a doctor but a commission agent. All this after paying a consultation fee of ₹900.

I went for vaccination today. Proper arrangements were not done. We had to sit/stand outside the hospital for about 2 hrs... literally on the road. Once inside the hospital, the vaccination was done with proper covid protocol.

Pathetic experience for COVID Vaccination. This place was forced on me by COWIN as the nearest and only location available. I called up the clinic at 0900hrs on their website no. they confirmed vaccination is very much on and i can visit at given slot 1030. when i reached at 1030hrs i was asked to wait till 1200 as they would start only from 1200. when i told him about the call he said it was wrong and i was supposed to call the clinic directly. No other way waited. At 1130 they make a big announcement. BBMP has blocked them so no vaccine can be administered. Leave ur no.s and if the site is unblocked we will call you. waited till 1200hrs but nothing ever happened. half day wasted. I am talking about unneeded exposure in such time. If the website was an issue, this could have been checked earlier too. Avoid this place. This clinic is not interested in the vaccine program. why doesnt COWIN delist such centers? And this is paid service, not free. Why must ppl face exposure even when they are paying?

If I could have below 1 start or -1 star definitely I will give to this.I came here for vaccination and they dont have place to sit neither they worried about this.Worst part is I came here on 1 p.m for vaccination (through cowin)and since last 3 hour they are telling after 1 hr.you will get your slot ...,then they are in lunch,will start soon etc etc..Pathetic service ever experienced.Good job

I went for covishield vaccination and surprised to see that no basic covid protocol followed.No temperature check to enter. No one to monitor social distancing & wearing of masks. No sanitization on common objects.Payment in 1st floor and sending people to 2nd floor for vaccination is the only work from staff.They accept only cash & card but no contactless payments like gpay or scanTopay. Management should look into contactless payment.Staffs are unfriendly and one person is found rude.I got vaccination done within 15 mins on entering & hence, 2.5 stars rating and -2.5 stars for above issues.Hope NH management is looking at so many negative feedback here on Google maps & planning to correct it.Note:4W parking on main road is not a problem on Sunday morning but prefer 2W if possible, as no parking provided by NH clinic.

Dont come here for vaccination, they say its walkin for people above 45 years, after making people wait for 2 hours, they say you have to register on cowin and book slot. The people sitting on reception go to hell.

Very poor service. Dont go. For a simple medical check up, I have been made to go round in circles for weeks. They did not even perform some tests. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Worst medical checkup experience.

We have consulted Dr. Farzana Dermatology, She have given list of tablet and cream and we bought same thing in Narayana Pharmacy but as instructed by Dr. Tablet should take once period took place but now I am pregnant so cant take those table anymore so I have contacted with pharmacy and requested for exchange. they are rejecting and put a slogan No return No exchange .. How they are making money fraud from Narayana is by giving a slogan print out on a wall. Big fraud in pharmacy ..I would request people who visit Naranyana dont take medicines from Naranayana Pharmacy cos it wont be return or replace .. If you people took from outside they can do help full in this.. even outside they offer same rate as in narayana. My suggestion to all dont get medicines from Narayana.

I came here for a dermatological appointment. The doctor and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Worst hospital i ever seen...Went for my first dose vaccination..Waiting for 2hrs..When I got called for they request to submit original id card and payment receipt..After taking my dose i asked for my id card back...They lost my id card and behaved so rude...In admin there was a person named G.Mahendra who harnessed me...Please be aware of that person and this hospital too..

This is the wrong location given on the map.The location to be precise is opp. JAIN Temple in Jayanagar 4th block, near to Sukh sagar hotel. Got 10 to 11 slot for vaccination. Vaccinated around 5pm. 7h in row. No proper arrangements.

Good reception staff. Clean clinic, ample seating space. Following covid 19 precautions well. Has all basic heart tests.Dr. P V suresh who we consulted for my grandfather and father is very cordial, experienced and explains things to his patients.Has an elevator for patients who cannot climb stairs. Parking is more or less available around the clinic.

Stuffs are rude,, specially the admin G.Mahendra should have psychometric test..

First of all the front office is not qualified to answer the basic question. I wanted appointment, they put me on hold for 6 minutes and line was cut. Called 4times and same thing happened. They are testing the patience of customers. Lastly stopped calling them. What to say about the service.

A great experience with the doctor.Many experienced doctors from health city are coming here,they take care of the patients with a proper procedure.The maintenance and quality of service is really good,staffs are very friendly.Overall it is a very good experience.Recommended by me and my family.

Staff not aware how to book appointment also?? You request for cardiologist and they will book for general physician.. they dont understand pain of patients travelling from distant places...and they are least bothered to inform also

Staff were kind and helpful but the general physician was quite unprofessional. Sharing common experience of my father(patient himself) and his another fellow patient where she was operating her phone and making some casual personal talk over the phone while prescribing medications during both of theirtheir consultations and the basic courtesy of a doctor such as enquiring symptoms and doing a physical examination was done. Extremely disappointed !!

They had used syringes lying in the table where you give blood sample. The nurses repeatedly confused with used and unused syringes. No commen sense to throw syringe immediately after each person. Very dangerous.After test result came, the doctor there for consultation is not experienced. She writes medicines of heavy dosage and no treatment approach. Same Narayana hrudalya specialist cardiologist suggest not to take those medicines.

I went for my annual health checkup, and had a great experience. Right from reception to each department was great and supportive. Had great help from Ms. Preeti, and Mr. Mahendra. Except for the fact that there was long gap between the availability of usg doctor and physician everything else was fine. Saw very few customers, dont know the reason. The place was very clean. All doctors are visiting doctors with different working days and timings, so it is always best to call beforehand .

Rude support staff. They do not tell the patient if one has to come on empty stomach or not. For Doing a TMT test they are asking for old documents. If that was needed they should have told us the day before. They get money for everything but the service is bad.

For the first time I called this clinic to book an oppointment, guess what no is bothered to book an appointment. When you call them first it goes to a call center and then they transfer the call to the clinic. Three times they tranfered the call and all three times they offered me a call back I have not received a single call from them so far. Honestly, this is worst than a government hospital.

Worst experience enquiring itsrlf.. the receptionist is so rude and in a hurry...

Doctor was very unprofessional and there is no lady staff is X-ray, so for ladies it will be difficult.

Very poor treatment not satisfied . I went for skin infection for that they told to make LFT test that too weekly once for 6weeks.each consultation we need to pay 400 rsSo many tests that cost also 1000+ rs...that is also weekly once they need.. I dont no only from reports they are earning the moneyNot happy with this hospital and doctors 🙁

Please dont waste time by getting here for corporate check up . Entire day will be wasted . They will send samples to Narayana Hrudayala for verification . Huge waste of time . Only Good thing is staff is very kind and helpful
