I was suffering from SARI COVID during month of may 2021. I was admitted in private ward for around 10 days. Dr. Aravind GM was my primary physician. I am very grateful for him and the hospital staff for saving my life. Billing and Insurance desk was very helpful, I was treated with my star health cashless facility without any hassle. All the doctors and staff were great and they really care about the patient, tending to the day to day needs with utmost dedication. Big thanks to them. Though there were no beds available, patients were not sent out, instead they were cared till the family could make necessary arrangement in those times. Kudos for their sense of serving the ailing during tough times of pandemic.

My mother is a regular patient of cardiologist, Dr. Srihari Das at Malathi Manipal Hospital. He is an excellent doctor, listens very patiently to all her health concerns and addresses them very well. My mother trusts him implicitly with her health and we knows she is in safe hands. She underwent an angiogram in July and as the condition was more serious than anticipated, she needed an immediate bypass surgery. Dr. Srihari Das explained the condition very clearly. He spoke to the cardiosurgeon, sent all the details and made all arrangements to transfer her to the main Manipal Hospital at Airport Road for the bypass surgery immediately. He made sure that discharge formalities and billing etc were done very quickly. Even before I could recover my wits, all the formalities were completed and the ambulance was ready to shift her the Airport Road branch. I was stunned with the fantastic co-ordination between the two teams and hospitals. Dr. Srihari Das, Dr. Yeriswamy, and team were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure my mother had the best care. We are very grateful to the entire cardiology team for their exemplary service.At the Main Manipal Hospital too, the cardiosurgeon Dr. Murali Krishna and team, including the anaesthetists took very good care of her. Her bypass was done that evening itself by and she recovered well. The ITU nurses and staff are excellent and take very good care. Dr. Murali Krishna, Dr. Lalchand, Dr. Jyothi took very good post operative care. One of the follow-ups was done at Malathi Manipal itself by Dr. Lalchand (as we wanted to avoid the long travel). Dr. Karthik Prabhakar (endocrinologist) and team helped to manage her diabetes. The nurses at 8th floor ward were also very patient and quick to attend to all her concerns. The insurance formalities were also handled seamlessly and took no effort from our end for any co-ordination.Overall, we had a very good experience at the cardiac units of both branches of Manipal Hospital. The only issue we had was with the lifts at Manipal Hospital, Airport Road. There are very few lifts and common for inpatients, outpatients, relatives and attenders, patients on stretchers and wheelchairs. It takes a very long time and not safe especially in these pandemic times.

Had been for corporate annual health check-up(through Healthi) on a weekday , though I and receptionist started off with a wrong foot, Pragna R the customer relations , handled so well and tests went on well and quick.I understand that receptionists wont know everything so its okay to keep you waiting, till they get clarificationKey note is to keep yourself patient, active checking, humble and not frustrate yourself that youve to wait

Poor management! They cancelled the appointment and made the patient travel unnecessarily. Even if its an emergency. They are just so ruthless with patient care. I understand that doctors will be busy. They also lie to you stating they tried reaching us for the cancellation ,nonsense!

My experience with Malathi Manipal started when I got conceived & consulted Dr. Jyothsna Madan who had magic in her hands since it was a very precious baby for us. Our 9 months journey with this hospital has been very prompt & systematic services offered by their staff, very helpful, quick, no waiting time, timely reports etcThe services during my delivery has also been great care with helpful nurses, housekeepers, Prabha, homely food with good taste. Overall had a great experience.

We delivered our baby…whole experience was great.Special thanks to Dr.Pradeepa R, she was so supportive and reachable all the time(called her midnight) when we were in need.Also thanks to Prabha supportive staff done fantastic job and support at most.Room management and other services could be increased better.We opted single room but they allocated room last day of discharge till then we were in care unit.

This Hospital has gone to dogs. Nobody cares even in case of emergency. They dont even do preliminary examination. Ask you to wait for hours together for a doctor to show up who would definitely cancel his plans of showing up. Once a good hospital with good doctors now seems to have lost all aspects of management.

When we took our mom to emergency due to covid, her situation was bad enough to be put in ICU. But they kept her in normal room from Sunday night to Tuesday morning. She had coughed the entire night on Monday but there were no skilled doctors on night duty to transfer her to ICU. She had to suffer the whole night, till the ICU doctors came and tested her and put her on ventilator on Tuesday afternoon. After putting her on ventilator doctors asked us to wait for 24 hours and that nothing can be done, which was fine. But after that they said she was out of danger and her other organs were fine. After 3 weeks of hoping and waiting, my brother went on to visit her normally and called me immediately that the numbers were looking really bad. The people in charge there didn’t even bother to update us that her condition had deteriorated. She passed away the same night. Doctors on duty in the night shift are not experienced enough. In the end doctors said their understanding on covid was wrong. A few decisions if taken at the right time like putting her on ICU when we admitted her, could have saved her. Now we never know….

I went here for company health check up on Monday. It took me around 6 hours for.the entire process. Bike parking is available but they charge for the parking. Coordinating Staff was helpful guiding from one test to other. Consulting physician was very good as well. Reception staffs were supportive.

Disappointed with the newly opened Manipal clinics. I had to take my 81 year old father with Parkinson. There are no ramps for wheelchair. One wonders how they got permission to open a clinic in middle of a main road. This clinic is a huge letdown by Manipal brand. The restrooms are poorly maintained and there is no disabled toilet facilities especially in a hospital of this brand and size.

Overall experience was great. Been for a regular check up, Doctor Sudarshan explained so well about health condition very patiently and given some suggestions how to maintain proper diet and how frequently excercise to be done etc. Thank you so much Dr.Sudharshan. Also my special thanks to Pragna (health coordinator) who is assisting all visitors so perfectly with so much patience and helped us for all tests done.Reason for giving 4stars is only because of one lady physician on 2nd floor who doesnt provided any proper diagnosis, quickly closed the conversation.

Drive was conducted by Manipal hospital. We had registered and received our vaccination today as scheduled.The process of vaccination was very quick and easy. The process was carried out in very systematic manner. And in minutes we received our vaccination and we’re done with our first dose.Thanks Manipal for carrying out the drive and enabling us to receive the vaccination.

Excellent service at this hospital. My dad was suffering from Gangrene, it was diagnosed early and the best treatment was given.Kudos to Nurse Jayashree. She has supported my parents morally and has given the best service possible. She was also sent home for dressing from the home care unit of manipal.Always on time and helped my parents emotionally. Unfortunately the leg got amputated but my dad is still very confident because of the support from the doctors at Manipal and Nurse Jayashree.Thank you Manipal for the excellent services

I had visited the hospital for my annual comprehensive health check and was not at all happy with the process.From registartion, sample collection till consulation there was a long wait and everything seems to not planned well by hospital management.Reception staff doesnt seem to know the healthcheck package details well and took about 30-45 minutes to complete the registartion process. What is the point in waiting for such a long time when booking was made online?It seems hosiptal accepted more bookings than they can manage. There was long queue and waiting for each and every tests(Blook sample collection, echo, ultrasound etc.,)Co-ordinator told consualtion would start @2.30 PM onwards and no docotors were availabe at this time. Again there was a long waiting for consultationIt took about 7-8 hours to complete my health check which should have been done in about 4 hours if planned properly.Certanly do not recommend this.

Im very disappointed about this hospital. First of all it was impossible to communicate with anyone. No answers from the emails no from the form on the website. So I was onbliged to go there.Second: they tried to take from me an unbelievable amount of money for 3 tests. I would like to remind to these people that foreigners are not all rich, we are not ATM, and ask to me crazy prices only because Im white is outrageous.

Cardiology Consultation - Dr. SriHariDas - I visited Manipal for a annual health checkup in Dec 2020. I was diagnosed with hypertension and was suggested to meet Dr. SriHariDas - Consultant Cardiologist.Doctor was able to analyze all the aspects of my Echo/ECG reports and immediately attended on next steps to reduce the BP.I was given the medicine on spot and a follow up consultation with a lot of advice/motivation to get my hypertension reduced. I have had 3 to 4 follow up consultations with Dr.SriHari and it has reduced my hypertension considerably below the danger level till date.I would recommend anyone who needs attention related to BP/Hypertension/Cardio to visit Dr.SriHariDas at Malathi Manipal, Jayanagar.Clearly the best doctor I have ever consulted with. We delivered our 2nd baby at Malathi Manipal Hospital.Due to Pandemic we were little sceptical but he experience was really good.Hospital was very clean and hygienic and the room which was allotted to us was regularly.The Hospital staff were really supportive including doctor, nurse, and the reception staff.I would like to mention specifically about staff Prabha from the Reception she is very Proactive and supportive. Very friendly staff .they visited Mantri serenity apt for vaccination.. really they did the job very smooth . My daughter was very scared of injection but she told me that staff were so good and took care of her well .. Overall really good experience 😌

I had a executive health checkup last weekend and very much disappointed with the process. Not even a single place right from registration to consultation I had to wait for many minutes. Think of waiting for a scan for an hour with my bladder full, horrible experience.The single star whom I got in touch is Akshatha who is a co-ordinator and guided very well. The single start rating I am giving is for her and not for hospital.

Nearly took 8 hours for hospital to summarise the claim form and submit, and another 4 hours for insurance guys. I admitted a family member for couple of bruises ended up paying nearly 45K(unreasonable) and waited almost 16hours for patient discharge. The nurse ladies are meant to maintain silence, but they were the loudest ones, talking on the phone all the time. If I were to go to hospital in JP nagar or Jaynagar area, I wouldnt recommend this.

Came today for my Covid-19 Vaccination. I am amazed to see the way whole process has been managed. A big shout-out to the management and all courteous hospital staffs for this pleasant experience. I have been coming to this hospital for last 9 years and always have gone back satisfied. Due to past experience, this hospital was my first choice for vaccination and my experience tells me that I was right with my choice.

One of the worst billing procedure. Even to bill for a single consultation which is already booked over the phone they take around 20 minutes. And no use of booking appointments as it is never followed. Just for a consultation, I had to wait for 2.5 hours which is just ridiculous.

I got vaccinated... I had walked in... they helped me for registration, checked all the docs, verified and then vaccinated which was completely painless.. So smooth n effortless, beyond what I had thought of... Really great team n very well coordinated. 😀

Chose this place for Vaccinating (Covid) my parents. Right from the time we reached the place and were looking to park the car ... everything was well planned. Great Overall Experience. Very Respectful staff, especially towards elders. The Work Flow is well planned and enough staffs were present to carry out the process without any hiccups. At each stage, the staff knew exactly what is their role and executed it beautifully. Really didnt expect this much professionalism. My son was vaccinated in our campus .The brother who has given him vaccine I think his hands were not light .droplets of blood was there.Manipal should bring the experienced staff with them.Otherwise the vaccination drive was smooth and finished in time

My mother had her hip surgery at Manipal hospital Jayanagar and I must say from the emergency unit staff to the attenders in the ward the treatment and service is.commendable . Special thanks to Dr. Sandeep Dixit for his kindness and patience and trying to make the patient as comfortable as possible pre and post surgery . Also a special mention for the entire nursing station unit and attenders attending to room 202 who attended to my mom with always a smile , putting service before self . Thanks to all of you for providing the care and comfort a patient needs rhrough hospitalisation .

The doctors and staff at the Nephrology OPD department are real gems...very patient, responsive and go out of their way to help the patients. Special mention for Dr. Vishwanath - very very accessible. Ms. Anitha and Ms. Gayathri at the Nephro reception have helped us so many times especially while availing Tele Consulting services. Their service with a smile is so comforting.

Very bad experience with this hospital. I was admitted my mother for treatment a week. Very hopeless experience I faced from nurses, duty doctors and young specialized doctors service. Only few experience doctors are concerned about maintaining a good reputation of hospital - which is not enough. About nurses - they dont even take care of patient - due to their inefficient service I lost my mother. My mother suffered later due to bed source for which hospital and their staff is completely responsible. Though air beds provided with no proper oxygen supply machine given. Inspite of myself and Dr. Manjunath told to check air supply, they even did not bother. Later stages my mother suffered a lot due to bed source.I definitely not recommend anyone to this hospital.

Right from getting the token, registration and administering the vaccine, this hospital has everything arranged in a immaculate way. Senior friendly and very well managed. Post vaccination care is also good.

The arrangements made for the covid vaccination was commendable. The care taken for the senior citizens after the vaccination was also impressive. They served hot beverages while waiting period after vaccination which was a good gesture. Happy with the service provided here.

Very unhygienic and worst vaccine drive !!!I went to take vaccine today in Manipal hospital jayanagar but they conducted the vaccine drive in Jain College basement which is very unhygienic place with full of mosquitoes!!! The manager was also very rude. There was no proper ventilation also. When they charge Rs.1410 for 1 dose vaccine, it’s Manipal hospital’s responsibility to maintain proper hygiene and keep the premise clean. You can see the mosquito bite for me in photos while waiting for 45 mins to get the vaccine in basement !!!Please do not prefer this hospital !!!

Hospital is located at prime location in Posh area of Bangalore. Although smaller by the size and built, the care is no lesser compared to any other 5 star Hotel like humongous built hospitals located nearby.Its the doctors treatment here that makes it a 5 star rating hospital in the locality. Whether for Emergency or be it for an Elective surgical procedure Its just a Hand Wave away and it being Closer to my Home, although I sought care and treatment for my ailments, it feels like just a home sweet home and not like a place meant for sick place .I Thank The team of Doctors..

Visited for covid jab. The staff were courteous and helpful. Vaccination process is done systematically. The waiting area is comfortable and very clean. Vaccination process completed in 2 hours including recovery period.

Went for senior citizens vaccination - got done in less than 10 minutes and was asked to rest for observation for 30 minutes. Process was very smooth, well organised and very courteous and helpful staff at every step. Kudos to the staff and management at Malathi Manipal.

1. The process was well executed.2. The administration and doc staff were cordial and helped us in a decent manner.3. There is a difference in the price of the vaccine between Manipal and Fortis. Like for covidshield we were charged 1100 while Fortis took 1050. Probably more for covaxin. This could have been rechecked to make it same across all private hospitals.4. Over all thanks the hospital nursing staff and admin staff to take time out risk their life to save our life. You have earned your good karma and my the hospital give you good appreciation and lord bless you.

Discharge process is taking over 24 hours because the hospital is claiming technical issues over insurance. This is the response during the time of covid when beds are in limited numbers. Good service. People should be informed about process of hospital registration. A pamphlet narrating steps to be followed be distributed to all visitors for vaccination. Else good job done.

The treatment given to the patients are very admirable. Rt from registration up to vaccination every one attended personally and all staffs co-operated with great humidity. Thanks to the entire staff.

My Mother and myself had a normal health check up at Malathi Manipal Hospital, JayaNagar, Bangalore on 27th FEB 2021. It was found My Mothers Heart(Pulse rate) was very low (32bmp).Dr. Srihari Das suggested that my mother must undergo Heart Pacemaker surgery ASAP. We were quite worried and thought to take a second opinion. Our Relative is chief Doctor atApollo Hospitals , Chennai. We sent all the related reports and requested his opinion. He told the same Dr. Srihari Das had discussed with us and suggested my mother undergo the Pacemaker Surgery ASAP.We decided to go with Surgery for my mother and informed Dr.Srihari Das. The hospital authorities communicated each and every aspect to us very clearly.On the 3rd evening, my mother was admitted to Malathi Manipal Hospital, JayaNagar, Bangalore. From then onwards Each aspect of the care process from initial intake and examinations to diagnosis to discharge was quite smooth.On the 4th , my mother was taken to the Surgery room. Heart pacemaker Surgery was conducted by Dr. Sinam Singh , Dr.Srihari Das and Team. Surgery was successful on 4th March and my mother was kept in the ICU. Once we visited my mother in the ICU. Since we dont have access to the ICU, We were told about my mothers situation every now and then by Doctors and Hospital staff. My mother was shifted to the room the next day. She was quite energetic and normal. The Nurses and staff are cooperative all the time and so kind to my motherDoctors, Nurses and all staff were quite organized and cooperative with us. My Mother was discharged on 6th March 2021 and now she is doing quite good. We sincerely thank Dr.Sinam and Dr. Srihari Das for all their support throughout this Process. My sincere thanks to Dr. Srihari Das for all his guidance and also thank DR Sinam Singh for the treatment.
