A very nice and informative place. People who want to buy saplings or learn anything new with respect to different types of cultivation of plants and mushrooms must visit this place. They have one day and one week programs for people who are interested . The place is maintained very well and perfect place even for schools to take children there for educational tours .

Nice collection of medicinal plants and fruiting tree saplings for sale, very cost effective and quality saplings and seeds on sale. They also sell vermicompost, biomix and other fertilizers. The staff are very helpful, they also conduct horticulture and terrace farming, mushroom culture classes here.

Worth a place to visit. Sometimes we get good and healthy sapling. The cost is very effective. Most of the plants are 10 rs.But many times I observed that the rate depends on the lady who makes the bill. Many plants sold for 10 rs will be 20,30 .....No proper reason will be shared. And many times they dont give the bill for the whole amount. They give the same reason all the times that bill book is not supplied.I REQUEST the DEPARTMENT to display the RATE CARD which may solve most of the issues.At least in such bribing should be avoided and encourage people to plant.Though the place is good, I always have a bitter feeling.

Its a nature place of 42 Hectors with many trees. They conduct many training programs about gardening, which includes terrace gardening, mushroom cultivation, Grafting techniques, medicine plants, soil & water testing in practical lab. Here you can get your soil and water testing with nominal charges. The staff are very friendly and cooperative.

Amazing place to get affordable saplings.Really depends on when you go, they dont always have stockPlus the staff is absolutely horrible, not able to communicate or give any relevant information.But the plants , vermi compost and bio mix are definitely worth the trip

Very helpful staff. Better than expected collection of plants at very reasonable rates. Good quality vermi compost. An oasis of green in the midst of a concrete jungle. Very soothing for the eyes and the soul. Ornithologists may find it interesting too. Classes for urban gardening enthusiasts conducted at frequent intervals, again at very reasonable rates

Not all variety of plants are available, but a good place for those who are interested in horticulture.

Its a good Horticultural training center with nominal fees. There are many courses like Tissue culture training, terrace gardening, composting and many other trainings. I have undergone Tissue culture training there. Its a beautiful experience.

Hello me Manjunath Muradi requested the horticulture dept Bengaluru regarding crop insurance claims of Sri Yallappa Hunagund, but still he didnt get the claims, this is very bad system for farmers, I am sorry to say this.

Iam very much eager to visit this place but, there is no much of collections. Iam not able to find one single flower plant. Even they stopped selling seeds. Rates are really attractive. For home gardeners this is one of the best place if they have good collections.
