Flat suitable for middle class. No water problem etc. Nominal rent. Shopping,Banks, Drs , Temple,park very near. Ideal place

Free from traffic noise and free from pollution. Has various amenities like swimming pool and table tennis courts, carrom and chess and has gym which has equipments from basic fitness to bodybuilding. Has a party hall. Good spacious verandas. 3 lifts. Large parking spaces. And lots of separate two wheeler parking spaces. Has walking path. Has children play area. Secured and well maintained with good, peaceful location. Daily needs, hotels are available and good temples are near by.

A bit outside of the Bangalore main area, but a best place and calm environment and cheaper flats are available here.

Had been here in search for 1BHK. The rooftop house was good place to own but the actual room size was too small
