Though situated amidst busy MG road, the restaurant is quite calm and peaceful. It has a poolside outdoor seating with well covered seating area as well as indoor seating. The restaurant is cozy and attractive. It is clean and tidy. Good place to take some quality photos of the ambience and food to post on instagram. The quality and taste of the food is really good. Food was fresh. The only thing I wish could have been much better was the serve as the staffs were quick in taking the order but too late to serve. It took nearly 25 minutes to deliver 2 pizzas and another 15 minutes to generate the bill. The staffs can be more prompt.Must visit restaurant for quality time and food but need patience. Its on the 4th floor of Hyatt Centric, MG Road next to Lido Mall.

A beautiful place that not only has a great ambience, but also exceptional service. We wanted to especially give a huge shoutout to our server, Akashdeep . We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Bangalore Brassiere, thanks to his excellent service. The buffet breakfast was good with a wide spread of both Indian and english options. Would surely recommend the place.

Hyatt is best known for its luxurious hospitality and service and our experience at The Bengaluru Brasserie at Hyatt Centric Bangalore was exactly that. Once we were seated, we were greeted by Chef de Cuisine Debaditya, Head Chef Manish, F&B Manager Preetam along with Snehadipta, the Marketing Manager of the property who warmly welcomed us to the place. We decided to try out a special menu which they had launched as a 2 day popup: A Homage to National Cuisine - a 5 course culmination of unique, signature dishes from across India. This menu was prepared exclusively to celebrate festivals which happen in the months of March and AprilEven in such uncertain times, The Bengaluru Brasserie assured us peace of mind as they followed the utmost safety guidelines- from contactless menus to our cutlery being individually sanitised and packaged just for our meal. They know how to make a guest feel welcome as well as comfortable.Coming to the cocktails, we tried Bhiskey, Bulbul and Chill Madi. Along with white rum, Bulbul was a melange of some unique ingredients such as sage, angostura and elderflower infusion. Chill Madi had an interesting mix of gin, cucumber and lime - it was quite refreshing especially on that hot evening. However, our favourite was Bhiskey - you just can’t go wrong with a blueberry and whiskey combination! We started off our meal with a crunchy, yet appetizing Ragi Papad and Poha Murmura - these were served with signature homemade garlic pickle (absolutely loved this), vegetable pickle and green chutney. From Delhi there was a traditional drink called Hush Kanji ke Wade. The Kanji had preparation that made us acknowledge how flavourful our Indian Food Palette really is. Purple carrot & beetroot is grated and once the sugar comes out, it is left to ferment for 2 days. During the two days, the sugar sieves out and what we get is Kanji. It is advised to wash your palette with water before drinking it in order to completely enjoy the flavourful experience. After Delhi, the next stop in our meal experience was Bihar (thankfully no physical movement was required). First was Tala Hua Gosht (Lamb Chops), which are usually cooked in tandoor but here, were shallow fried in oil. The meat was extremely well cooked. The second starter was Hara Chana Bachka which was a preparation of green gram and besan fritters, and was served with a garlic chutney. Then we went to what we can arguably call, the main event, the Thali (dun dun dunn). The thali was a curation of flavours from all over the country- Keoti Dal from Maharashtra, Dahi Sangri ki Kadhi from Gujarat, Surmai Ambat (mackerel fish) from Konkan- King Mackerel fish, frequently used in curries in the coastal region. The rice had a preparation you would generally find in an Indian Wedding, with ghee inside- it was very filling Indeed. We absolutely loved Chicken Kosha Chicken, an authentic pot roasted preparation, a recipe straight from Bengal. After covering the West, the South & the East we go North, towards Kashmir. Methi is commonly used in Kashmir, and so it was, in the Methi Chaman Paneer. The curries, along with rice was also served with an assortment of Ghee Phulkas and Varqi Parathas. The Varqi Paratha was layered like a lachha paratha- so delicious! After visiting the North, South, East & West of India through our thali we still had a really important region left, the North East. We had two desserts. First was from Assam- Komlor Kheer. Orange is popular in Assam and is used in their kheer preparation. The kheer had cardamom and saffron on the top, as it always should! The desserts ended with the evergreen Malai Puay from Hyderabad- a heavenly end to the meal.Overall, the experience was a joyride for the taste buds, you would think you have had quite a variety of flavours and there couldn’t possibly be more but then you’d be proved wrong the second you taste the next dish. We would definitely want to come again for this rollercoaster of flavours!

Very Average. The food and experience were both very average. not expected from a restaurant at a 5 star hotel. The entire seating area was smelling of diesel smoke. I understand that power was out and generators were on but maybe have a closed section so that guests dont have to deal with the smoke. I had ordered a mint-crusted lamp chops that was to be served with a ginger-carrot mousse. I never got the mousse and the chops were very dry. Got some lame explanation for why the mousse was missing.

I had the luxury of having a luxurious meal at The Bengaluru Brasserie. What do I talk about? Perfection at its best. Right from the ambiance, the pool, the tables, the staff, everything was a notch above. The pool gives in a lot of good vibes. We had a lot here. From the starters till the desserts we did try a lot.The south indian menu was something we personally loved. The BisiBeleBath was a winner. Desserts too were extremely amazing.Since we did order a lot of Indian, thats what we are talking about however the continental, pizza and the burger we had were equally good too, but ya south indian was the winner.Try their mini pudi idlies, they were perfect.Overall order anything on the menu, dining it all next to the beautiful pool is all you need during these times. Our 360 is featured at this place, do check it out to get a virtual experience.

Indeed the best thing about the place is the poolside deck area where you get to enjoy some good breakfast in really great ambience. The food is good but it is the setting that will blow you away. The staff is friendly and helpful. A minor incident with a jug of milkshake....barring that we really loved it all.

Bengaluru Brasserie is setting a niche example of a mesmerizing place to chill poolside in the amazing Bangalore weather with droolworthy food and cocktails.AMBIENCE:The place is located on the 4th floor of the Hyatt Centric on MG Road. The place has a beautiful ambience with the place divided into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section looks ethereal because of the trees and an infinity pool. The place has moslty regular chairs and couches. The bar is located in the indoor area. The place has a very chill vibe to it, with very music complementing it well.FOOD AND BEVERAGES:We started with their burrata salad which was really good. Anjeer Moong ki sheekh and Baby corn mushroom are must to order as they had perfect flavor which go well with the drinks also. Paneer ke shole were ordinary. For mains, we had khumbh-palak ke kofte and Dal Makhani. The Kofte were an interesting take on Mushrooms rolled with spinach and served in a flavorful gravy. The Dal Makhani was good and the breads complimened them both well. Also tried the Pumpkin and Asparagus Risotto which was on the less spicy side of the spectrum and will be appreciated by those who like subtle spices. For drinks, I tried the Chill Maadi cocktail and Bulbul cocktail. Chill Maadi was a gin -cucumber based cocktail which was absolutely refreshing and almost felt like a detoxer. Definitely recommend this one. The Bulbul was a white rum and pineapple based cocktail and it had a nice zing to it.For dessert, I had the Filter Kaapi Creme Bruleé which was an absolute delight and is again a must try here for all the Kaapi fans.SERVICE AND COSTING:The service at the place is really good. The staff is well mannered and know their menu extensively well. They can truly help in suggesting what to order. The place is a bit expensive but is definitely worth the luxurious experience here. All in all, a good place to spend some lavish and peaceful time here with family and friends.

Hyatt Centric Bangalore - Located on MG Road has reinvented the menu at their restaurant The Bengaluru Brassiere and along with it introduced a special wellness menu. The new menu comprises classic dishes with a modern interpretation, along with dishes local of Karnataka while the wellness section has a range of options that are healthy, nutritious and appeasing to ones palate.Chef Manish Uniyal, Head Chef at the hotel has tried and has succeeded in whipping up some of the best dishes here. The restaurant on the 4 th floor has a pool with natural greenery around. The picture-perfect place to spread your weekend with someone special. The Service is amazingly good for the Crowds they handle and are ready to go the extra mile in keeping the patrons happy. The Cocktails tried-1.Bulbul- A White Rum based Cocktail with Pineapple,Sage,Angosutra,Lime with Elderflower Infusion. Bang on taste and presentation. The Starters-1.Paneer Ke Sholay- done to perfection2.Anjal Fry- the best of tried of late3.Chef Ram’s Special Malai Jhinga- Highly recommended and MUST TRY. Clay Oven Roasted ...gives a unique taste.4.Citric Tandoori Salmon- Good . Salmon marinated with orange.5.Spring Roll- Chicken and coconut served with dry chilli sauce. Glad we tried. The Main Course1. Kori Gasi -Mangalore Chicken Curry Cooked with coconut and spices . Served with Set Dosa2.Rendang Lamb-slow Cooked Lamb with coconut milk and Asian spices3.Nasi Goreng- Indonesian Prawn Fried Rice , Chicken Satay,Fried egg and crispy shrimp crackers4.Lamb Biryani - chunks of Mutton served with rice cooked with right spicesTry any of the above and you will NOT be disappointed. Worth every bite and every penny you spend here. The Desserts1.Banoffee Cheesecake - baked cheesecake with bananas and toffee Sauce2. Filter Coffee Creme Brule-Coorg filter coffee baked in CustardBoth the desserts did justice in their own leagueA meal for 2 would cost around Rs 4000/- to 5000/- .Both Cash and Cards accepted.Reservations mandatoryValet parking availableKid friendlyNo pets allowedAs of me, would definitely go back for more.

Review by our team GhatotkatchaA clean pool with an awesome decor in open airand poolside tables and buzzing Metro outside is what I can describe the setting as Top Class Ambiance in the new Bengaluru Brassiere at Hyatt Centric.Chef Manish Uniyal has created a fantastic menu with dishes made of ingredients sourced locally. Top notch cocktails with an amazing presentation welcomes us, even the cutlery is so well choosen and customised. Chocolate milkshake is a must try mocktail. Cocktails have a huge range includes one with a concoction of Coffee and Rum, and many fruit based ones too. These are named after Lalbagh and many other local Bengaluru places. The basic Bengaluru cuisine starts with soft idlis and chutney, here we have Pudi Idlis with Chutney, where button sized idlis are smeared with ghee and gun powder is served with coconut chutney. Stir fried Mushrooms garnished with a seasoning of Bell peppers is the one for Mushroom lovers. Irani Murg is another appetizer which should not be missed for its amazing marinated flavour. Chicken Spring rolls consists of juicy chicken wrapped in the rolls with a slight spice. The Buratta here is my favourite dish, where a Naan smeared with pesto and made on a Tandoor served with locally sourced cheese and tandoor tomato.Bengalurus staple and favourite Bisibele Baath can be termed as a highlight with a perfect balance of flavour and served with Khaara Boondi, which is typical Old Bangalore style. Dal Makhni and Naan is decent. Biryani here has more meat than the rice. Veg Biryani is a delight. Pizzas are worth a try and the Mushroom Risotto tasted perfectly amazing.Desserts here get a special mention for their awesomeness. Banoffee Cheesecake and Kesar Phirni were too good. The Apple tarts come from the wellness menu and I coin it as a healthy dessert.

It took a while but very happy to find this place. The flavours of the food are subtle enough for western palettes but pronounced enough for local Indian tastes. Well done on this balance. The ingredients look like they are mostly locally sourced and the chef has paid so much respect to the ingredients, it all shows on the plate. Very good value for money. The service has been outstanding - just enough that I know they are there, present enough that I am not having wave my arms around like a lunatic to get their attention, friendly enough to know that this is their job but they are genuinely caring. Well done!!

Great ambience Great service. We asked our waiter for his recommendation on a prawn starter and he gave tandoori prawns, very spicy, off menu item. but he was ready to remake for us when we complained about too much spice. Then we had our butter chicken and some rotis. Amazing food. But the bill was a slight shock. The tandoori prawns recommended by our waiter was not on the menu and they had billed us for the most expensive item on the menu in lieu of that. anyways, the evening was splendid otherwise so I wont deduct a star for that.

Bengaluru brasserie is a fine dine restaurant and bar located on the fourth level of Hyatt centric Bangalore and is an extremely beautiful space with a swimming pool. The place has seating around the pool as well as under a roof with a massive fan. The place has its share of lush greenery and trees that make is wholesome. In breezy Bangalore weather, sitting and chilling at this place is a pure bliss. My absolute favourite Cocktails here were the bulbul and bhisky, very potent and rendered evident flavours.Started with the decent podi idly, the coconut chutney was very fresh and Delish.Tried the chicken spring roll and loved it with the chilli oil sauce. In kebabs, loved the Irani murgh, had a distinct flavour and very juicy and tender. The mutton seekh kebab was very delicious, but could have been more juicy.Chicken thupka had a fresh and light broth, and the minced chicken as well as Noodles tasted good. The dal makhani here was near authentic and very soulsome, not over done with spices, went well with their flaky Tibi Naans, really amazing. The biryani tasted decent but was overloaded with chicken and hence less portion of rice, the raitha and Salan however tasted excellent and complimented well. The mushroom risotto was delicious and aptly creamy and cheesy.Coming to Desserts, my favourites were the coffee creme brule and banoffee cheesecake, am not a fan of banoffee as such, but here I couldnt stop myself from having multiple bites. The place is priced on the higher side, however in line with hotel pricing standards. The service is courteous, the staff well trained and dressed up and helped us well throughout the course of the lunch. Overall experience here is great and it is indeed a must try place.

After binging on weekdays and because of Navratri where we dont consume onion and garlic, we were looking for some healthy Jain options. After sorting multiple options this one appeared to be apt for our preferences and safe as well considering the brand image. The decor of this place was mesmerizing and gives a feel of high end cafe. We were super hungry so wanted to have anything atleast as a starter. Unfortunately, the service guy wasnt well trained and quite unsure as to what could be served in Jain and want couldnt be. After multiple to and fro we ordered ragi bites, millet wrap, fried rice and Asian vegetables in black beans sauce and cold coffee. Taste wise we dont have any complaints as everything appeared healthy and at the same time yum as well. When we thought of desserts, there were hardly any options so we had to finalize carrot halwa which was fine. Two things which wasnt very pleasent was their service and the limited options in menu. The service was not at all upto the mark both in terms of timeliness as well as quality of service. For the menu, they have very limited options overall which is not sufficient for a place like this. An average experience which surely cant be replicated!!!
