The place is good and futuristic looking and have a certain theme going for it but thats the end of it..The ambience is good in the seating area but the hallway you enter is fully blacked out with some random symbols on the pillars and on first glance looks like its closed.Could use with some RGB lighting to show the way or they could make the symbols light up as you enter..Would look really cool.The food is good but ends up being flat on the platate after few bites and is not very economical on the pocket as well.Had ordered:1) Phuket fish: The fish was battered and fried beautifully and had a good crunch to it and was flaky and the spices coating it was really good as well..But after few bites that good feeling went and a feeling of something is missing was there. Would have been great if it was a bit spicy or would have a different palate dimension as well2) Chocolate brownie with ice cream: the ice cream was the worst part of it. It was just water, no taste whatsoever and even ruined the taste of the brownie with it. From first bite it can be told that it was the cheapest ice cream they could find. Was a real taste burner for sure..The concept is new and well thought and the moment when the robot comes with your order makes you glee like a child for a moment but to keep it going, they have to think about making certain changes or it might just become a one time visit for many.

Situated at heart of city this restaurant is surely a attraction for kids as well as adults.Service is done by Lady Robots and it is quick,you just place your order on Tablets (Given on each Table) and service is done quickly.Food option is less mainly Starters and Chinese Items are there that is bit disappointing you wont find Daal, Vegetables, Non Veg Items are more but for kids one time can be visited.Ambience is made like you are in Machinery world.Note-There parking is not near so they have a valet parking.

I wasnt particularly too pleased with the fact that there are 3 robots and 6 waiters. The variety of food is nice and the food is pretty economical. There are no alcoholic drinks available. The interiors are white and you need to order through a tab, but there are enough people to guide you. Overall, I failed to understand why is this restaurant called robot restaurant when the robots only come to serve you your meal and there is absolutely no other interaction involved. I give this place a 3 for good food.

A refreshing modern way of dining in Bangalore. This restaurant lives by its name. Food is ordered using Tab, placed on each table. Food being served by Robots & Trains, a very unique way of presentation. Human help is also at bay, if you so require. Food quality is average, but the quantity is satisfactory. Entrance of the restaurant is modern and the interior is futuristic. Serving could be better but not bad. Restaurant officials should pay a little more attention to cleanliness though. Located in heart of the city at 100 ft Road, Indiranagar, this restaurant is clearly visible from moving traffic as it is situated on the main road. Parking though could be a issue during peak hours, but managable with valet. All in all good experience, mostly for kids, as they shall enjoy the new concept a lot, so will other ages.

Food - wouldnt rate the food quality above average.Experience - the bots are the center of attraction at the restaurant and although its just like a robotic car, the experience is sweet. Although beware the bots have very limited work and youll see staff helping you out at most steps.Price - average price for a starter is 300+, main course 400+. We had ordered pepper chicken, hakka noodles and spicy prawns, all of them were good. Spicy prawns is not for the weak-hearted 😋. The ambience was good enough. It was all good till we received a dessert which had fungus in it. Hence, the 2 star

The options to book food is via tablets and the order delivery happens in 2 ways either small rail which is right next to table and other way is via Robot. The robots have a dedicated tracks. We tried veg food, food taste was good. Noodles was really nice. They serve thiner noodles which I really like the taste. Even ambiance was good they tried new thing though the place was little cosy. Kids will really enjoy with robots. They got 5 robots with name for each of them. This place can be considered again. Thanks for the great food with awesome service.

Although the robots are there, it will just come and stand in front of you with the food in tray, you have to serve or another waiter(human) will come to serve. Also preparation time is almost 30minutes to 45 minutes. I would appreciate they have tried something new, but it has a long way to go 😊.Food is a bit costly everything is minimum of 300-400 but a good amount of food (1 order serves 2) so order carefully 😅.Taste of food is okay ( Mostly Chinese and Thai)

He took great care of us during our visit till we departedCatering in-charge lead ROBIN is too good. He specifies detailed info you about a particular dish which you opt for, in fact he guides you to pick the right dish of your choice. That is what he did for us andmade our dinner a perfect oneFood was good and tasty. Overall staff is good as well Happy place for kids specially . I would recommend to visit atleast once :)

Our overall experience was good. The food was great. The service was super fast. The only challenge was with the booking. Even if youve booked in advance you still will have to wait for at least 15 mins to secure a seat. The reception could have been managed better.

Robots into business!! Nice and different theme for a restaurant. Robots serve the food and a nice little track on a side of the table gets you food also. Food is tasty and one can order them via a tablet which is on the table all the time. U can customise the taste as per ur tastebuds also.Good place of amusement for kids. They go gaga over them. Waiters are also present for any help required. Liked the theme though. Definitely worth a try for a second time.

Its a cool place to take your children out!! They can have their food served by actual working robots for the first time in India. I saw most of the people coming to this restaurant just wanted their kids and other family members to see how the robots function well enough to even replace the humans for a simple task of waiting!!This experience definitely takes the emotion out of the eating out experience since you literally dont have to speak to someone starting from ordering from the menu as you order through the tab placed on each table. Then comes your order either through the food express (its a small toy train which runs on the wall parallel to the tables delivering small orders and eatables like fries and cold drinks. Main course items are generally served by the robots which travel on their laid out path and stop at the designated table with their order. The logic seems to work perfectly for the robots that way and kudos to the management for this venture!!

Taste and food options are pretty ordinary. Pricing is on higher side. Gets crowded and filled up pretty soon so reach early. Music can be better.

It is a theme based restaurant in Bangalore. Here, youll be served by robots and a toy train.The interiors completely suit to the theme and the food is also okay. We ordered veg starters and maincourse which included Dragon Paneer, Schezwan Noodles and Chilli Garlic Fried Rice, the service was a little slow but overall experience was good.

Staffs need to be trained properly on the uses of tablets so that they can help the customers. The whole thing seems to be a chaos. Can be better if properly managed and quality of food is improved.

An awesome place.Really enjoyed.Good theme.Robots and boats are nice.Havent been to such a place before.Its bit hard to find the location.The entrance is through the left side of the building.The restaurant is situated on the 2nd floor.You can either take the lift or staircase.You can find around 5-6 robots here of different colours.Cant complaint about the atmosphere, hospitality and most importantly the taste of the food.The taste is really non compromisable.A great place to dine with your friends and family members.Everyone will enjoy it.Last but not the least, its bit costly.But its a must try though.Its near to the Indiranagar Metro, just a 10 minutes walk from there.I really loved the Chicken Biriyani and Chilli Chicken.Im adding the menu here, hope itll be helpful.Entrance could be made more entertaining.Only fault I saw is the availability of water in washroom.The maintenance of the washroom is bad.The robots also can be developed bit more, hope they can do more work than now.And the robot on the reception wasnt working.Repair it asap as the first impression matters for few.

Robot Restaurant,Pretty Cool Concept and well executed as well...So the restaurant serves Chinese, Thai and Indian Food and its all automated.You order ur food using a tablet on the table, and then shortly a Robot or a Train comes out with ur Piping Hot Food...There are humans around as well taking care of the guests... So if u r unsure of anything just look up to them and they will help u out...The Food taste wise was good...I thought it was a bit pricey but the portions are huge as well... But they could make the prices a bit more competitive ....Also the place is way too brightly lit up ... They could bring the brightness down a Notch... !!!Overall a Good Fun Experience... !!!

I could not reserve a table over the phone since 2 days and ultimately used the dineout app to do so.The restaurant is on 100 ft road indiranagar, where the volume of traffic is generally high. Fortunately, the restaurant has valet parking.There are 6 man size robots available. The robots move on a track and serve food on trays. They have limited interactive capability such as asking people to clear the way if they detect someone blocking their way. In case someone is celebrating their birthday, they sing the Happy birthday song. You can take photos and shoot vidoes to your hearts content.The service is very good. A tab is placed on every table where one can select the dishes. There is an option to instruct the chef regarding any special requirements. The restaurant has Chinese and Thai cuisine predominantly. Plenty of Seafood and chicken options available for non vegetarians. Vegetarians have a choice of soups, rice, vegetables and paneer starters. No rotis, breads, dal or paneer available in the main course. Dessert options are very limited. Death by chocolate and chocolate brownie are the better options. The quality of food served is pretty good. However, the prices are a little on the higher side which could be due to the novelty value of the place.On the whole, its a great place to take your family to experience something new.

A unique restaurant at Indra nagar 100 feet Bangalore. Located on first floor above Adidas. Restaurant provide vallet parking. Taste is not commendable. Price is bit expensive. But you will get an unique experience of robo servicing food. Sorry not serving they just deliver. A huge place so not to worry about noise. Ac and washroom are better. So you will get a unique experience. But taste might be better.

It was a new experience with the robot and the train, the food served by train has very less timing of around 10 seconds only there should be a sensor to send back the train as it is available for robots, the space is very less for robots to serve there should be more space for the robots to serve if one robot stops to serve the food other robots behind that has to stop which is a negative point, the price is bit high, the food variety is very less only Chinese and thai is available both veg and nonveg, staff behavior is excellent, the robot smoothness has to be increased, it is fully automated from ordering to serving of food which is the first in bangalore, overall it is a wonderful place to hang out with family or friends

We had high expectations. The experience was not good. The robots where not as expected. The food is not at all good and prices are so high as if they are selling diamonds. The ambiences was also not good. Idea of robot restaurant was unique but they wouldnt implement it in a proper way.

This is a robot theme restaurant where the food ordering and food serving is automated.Once you are seated you can use the tab on your table to order food and then food would be served by one of the 2 house robots.You may also get the food on a train near to your table.The robots walk on a guided path and would stop near your table, you can then pick your food and press a button to ask the robot to leave.When its train time, the train would stop near your table and once you pick up the food it would return back to its shed 😂Thats the experience you would want to go to this place.Now some bullet points -1. Good for kids, they would be too excited.2. Food is good, quantity is neither on the higher side nor very less. 1 dish sufficient for 2 ppl.3. Ambience is Ok, could have been made more electrifying to better suit to the theme.4. There are also few human servers who would be there is case the tab crashes or the train stops before station 😀Special mention -1. They had valet parking but all he did was took the car and parked it little ahead on the road itself 😭2. They have a common washroom for both male and female but it was clean nd had an automated system to change a protective polythene cover on the seat. So full marks for that given the current situation.3. Price wise is ok, they serve only ala-carte nd average 1200 for 2 ppl, so would be better if you find some deal and go there.
