Excellent ambience, courteous staffs. I stayed here for 4 nights while took my mother for treatment in Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences under Dr. Devi Shetty.The best part of this accommodation was the cleanliness, big rooms, option for cook or restaurant and the lush green lawn. Calm place which is best for any patient.The price was as low as Rs. 1K for double bed with free pickup and drop facility to the hospital.I would recommend this place to anyone going for treatment and will stay here when I visit next time.There is also an option to cook your own food.

Excellent hospitality. They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early at like 7am. I got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. And free cab facilities for Narayana hospital that was more appreciated. I recommend this hotel for those who are admitted to Narayana Hospital.

The staffs were very approachable and helpful. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. The suite was very good with comfortable furnitures, a beautiful ambience and good hospitality, except for the WIFI is a bit slow probably due to its position. Narayan Hudralaya is less than a kilometre away.. Also, 24*7 shuttle service is available from the hotel to hospital.We would definitely stay here again.

If they can provide hot water 24 hrs and clean widow curtains, it can be given 5 stars..

AVOID!! The hotel staff is extremely ill-mannered and rude. Dont expect any cordial behaviour from them. specially Monu Kumar that handles restaurant calls. We called for lemon juice because one of our family members was not well and vomiting, this guy Monu Kumar practically hung up the phone on our face after refusing delivery. Only received it after yelling at the reception. Same behaviour applies for waiters as well, We asked for a jug to be filled with water, the waiter points at a dispenser and says, you can fill it from there. If you dont want to get disrespected by the illiterate staff here. AVOID!

Worst ever, whatever positive reviews are there are self posted. staff is good though. I booked premium room and tv was not working cz dish recharge was over. They recharged it with minimum pack i.e. except dd national and some free channels nothing was working. Dish remote was not working properly. Ac remote was not working had to turn off Ac manually from socket. Blankets had dust cz of which I was sneezing whole night. No proper design of room. Neither light nor fan switch was near the bed.

Nice place and the food is just awesome among that chicken briyani its are wonderful. Nice greenary around the hotel and well maintained. Rooms are nice but not that awesome and the rates starts from 450/- to 2000/- 450/- rooms are common room with two beds and the common bathrooms are attached at the end of the floors.Both are attached and named as shanthiniketan and mega hotel and restaurant.

Good stay. I have stayed in the room 213. My stay was peaceful. The room and washroom were neat. No problem. The housekeeping persons came and cleaned the room and washroom daily. The only thing is that the door locks look old and is difficult to lock and unlock. Please correct this. Also, please convert the restaurant in the hotel to PURE VEGETARIAN as early as possible.

This place should be near to Narayana Institute of Cardiac Scienes, Bommasandra as I have been to this place.But, they have tagged it 15 kms away from the actual location. People coming from outside state will face harrowing issues in finding this place. I have seen feedbacks in MakeMyTrip requesting the hotel management to tag the exact location, but its yet not reflected in Google Map.

Pathetic hotel Online suits..The rooms are not as per price they charge for Non Ac room Rs. 1200/- Tiles are not clean, bathroom is horrible and no room service. There are many guest house nearby dont choose online suits. Even they will ask for advance payment much more than the cost of the room...Go for other guest house/lodge.

Decent hotel at Bommasandra for stay. Rooms are spacious but old linens and old furniture. Main ( 90%) clientele are the family people of patients who come for treatment at Narayana cardiac institute & hospital. Hotel runs shuttle service between hotel and hospital. People who has come on business tour to Bommasandra industrial area may not feel so comfortable in this more of hospital based atmosphere.

A very good place to stay for people going to Narayana Hrudayalaya for medical treatment. Staffs are friendly and rooms are spacious. Online suites / Shantiniketan - both the names are same.This is a lodge and most of the staffs working here are Bangali. So if you are a Bengali and visited Bangalore for a health check-up in Narayana Hrudalaya than this is aplace for you unless your are looking for a Luxury. They haveVehicle to drop to hospital 24*7 which is 300-400 Meyers away.Single room with 1 double and 1 single room would cost you 600 Rs. One of my friend stayed here and I went there to visit them. They have a restaurant in the ground floor , quite decent at the price. Bengal thali cost 60₹ and I have clicked few pics to share with you all.Recommended keeping the budget and location in mind..

It was our first time in South Bangalore. We were looking for an affordable hotel around Electronic City. Online Suites seemed fine with few minutes drive from Electronic city. The place is located away from main road which make quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean and comfortable but window glasses and bathroom mirrors need to take care of. The staffs are also good.They run restaurant, Megabyte, next to the hotel building which is very convenient. But prices little high compared to the quantity of food served.They also run room accomodation building next to the restaurant, called SANTINIKETAN for Narayana Hospitals patients and their attendants, with free up and downs to the Hospital. You may see the rent charges I upload.Overall I had a good experienced staying in the hotel.

Hotel is good. Hotel staff and cleaning staffs are very cooperative and well behaved. Rooms are very spacious and well ventilated. Theres a beautiful lawn also where you can relax and also take a morning walk. Bathroom is also big enough and cleaned daily.BUT ONE VERY BIG PROBLEM IS the restaurant (MEGABYTE) of the hotel. Their service is late, food expensive, not at all upto the mark. And they even serve stale food (left over curry from morning they served the same at dinner time), I got twice during my stay. Hotel management should take care, because mostly patients are going there and this types of stale food served to guests (mostly patients) is really not excepted.

If you visiting Narayana hrudayala , this is the best option you can get.Excellent staff,food, location, Service Quality, cab service.I am impressed by there service orientation attitude towards customers.I stayed there with my family (6 people) for 12 days. The Room Here are good. And the service is a little slow. But overall a good environment and good location no distractions at all.

The hotel online suites is situated very close to Narayana Hridalaya Heath City. The staffs are very good and friendly. The most important thing to be noted is the clealiness of the hotel.Smoking is not allowed in the corridor. In each floor there is drinking water facility available. Wheel chair and lift facility is also available. There is a restautant called Megabyte situated within its boundary. The food is good and room service is provided as per requirement.The hotel provides 24 hours free cab service to and from the Narayana Hridalaya hospital.My overall experience is overwhelming and fascinating. I would recommend this hotel for everyone of my family and friends.

Clean and spacious hotel. We stayed here en route to Chennai. It is not in the heart of the City bu very close to Narayana Health City. We found a few people who had come from other Countries for Checkup at the Health city and staying here. The Hotel is clean and the service is good. There is a Cafe attached to it. You will also find lots of eating places at walking distance from the hotel. Being located a few hundred metres inside and away from the highway, it is calm and serene in the locality.

International residency wing of Shantinikatan of NH.The rooms are spacious, so are the Bathrooms. Generally neat but can be improved. its EXPENSIVE but the other part fully dedicated to NH patients and/or their relatives is at per.Megabyte - their restaurant has always been a disappointment for me - from all quarter taste, price, staff personality and behaviour, service time... only positive, if any, the adjacent green lawn.

I had booked in goibibo for 789 rs, 1 night they charged me 1000 rs they said me I will not be getting the room if I wont pay 1000. I was having 2 huge bags with me so I agreed to them . Inconveniences:*No hot water service*The blankets wer already used and not washed*Toilet was not cleaned , it was stinking*The cupboards wer Dusty and something was spilled in it , I couldnt keep my clothes there.*There was no room service*Manager was rude to me , as there is pick up and drop facility I had askd him to pick me from the main road . He refused to come and said he had gone somewhere outside . But when I reach there he was simply sitting and reading newspaper.

Hotel is good with restaurent facility. Rooms are very spacious with all the facilities like tv, hot water, wifi etc.But compared to food quality and tea price are on higher side. Room service is very very poor they are least bother about your request.

Rooms were neat. But there was no running hot water in the room 204 even after repeated requests and shoutings. The staffs blackmailed me that they will call the police. Do not ever stay here.

The hotel was very clean. The receptionist were very courteous. We checked in the hotel by 10 PM . Security helped me parking my car inside their premises & unloaded my baggage in the reception. From there we filled in the details required & bell boy checked us into the room. Only thing which was a set back me was the beds. They gave us two separate beds to sleep though we booked a deluxe room with queen/king size bed. I didnt frown or asked to relocate room as it was getting late and we were tired. Room was very clean and tidy. Even bathroom was clean and dry, so we left the separate beds issue . Checked out by 6:30 am the next day with a simple sign in register. Very nice place to lay-by our tired body during a big travel.

Although the hotel is located a little bit away from highway, the rooms are spacious and are comfortable. The amenities such as garden with hotel, wifi (poor speed though), bed and woolen blanket, 2 soaps and 2 shampoo sachezs, drinking water (can water), two chairs and two single beds, large cupboard and bag area, big mirror etc.. overall... its very good for the price.. ! let me see the final bill and will give the update :) :)

The only reason why i recommend this hotel to fellow travellers is*Close proximity to narayana health city.*Unlimited shuttling services to hospital.Visiting this hotel since 2013 for medical purpose of my parents.Its getting deteriorated as time passes by..The front office personnel was very rude and lacks minimal ethics while speaking with guests, every time the staff will be changing at front office, My humble request to owners of this property is You are being in a hospitality business, kindly recruit people who have passion to work but not people who gets irritated and least bothered to provide service to guests, Train your employees before entrusting the responsibility of front office.People who visit your hotel doesnt come either to enjoy or to party , they visit for health purpose, Shouting or getting irritated on them is utterly badInspite of many a one bitter experiences, i still choose this hotel just because of the manager MR.ANAND. He is a very genuine and good person who is very keen to make guests feel comfortable with his impeccable smile and service.

We had food here, the place is calm and the food is decent.

I am a frequent visitor to Bangalore. But first time I wanted to stay in hotel. After reading all the reviews I have chosen this hotel. I have stayed a single day. But I felt very bad after entered inside the room. Restroom door lock was broken. Window shade was there but I was unable to shut off fully. They have a very worst operating system to open in all the windows.. Yes.. all the windows are transparent. Especially you can open the windows from outside of your room. I dont want to suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

They picked me up from the bus stop at 4AM which was very helpful. Rooms were nice. A wonderful garden. A nice place to stay while on an official visit.

A bit costly than Shanthiniketan Guest house. A restaurant named MEGABYTE is there. They serve average quality food.

24 hour check out is the plus point. Very cheaper and descent accomodation. A good lawn is present. Avpid food from the restaurant. Also the AC is not cooler.

Prices are high.at nighi rats disturb .no wifi.no breakfast available.i lived here 22days.but1200 rs they take per day. kitchen is very dirty.many a time s I complaint but they are not sincire.i have patient with myself..so I cant change my hotel.rats and dirtyness tensed me.anywhere no mention 1200₹,its cost is 750 .very critical stay herevery poor.

Good for stay if you went there for medical purpose. Restaurant are with the hotel and room service available for food. A open space in the middle is a good place for kids to play and to have a cup of tea.

Recently I booked Online suites in Bangalore through Goibibo and my experience with the service and quality is very satisfactory. The location of the hotel was very near to Narayana Health City , and also they provided free cab service 24 hours for drop off and pick up from hotel to hospital.The ambiance is good and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Stayed for a week to visit a patient in the Narayana hospital. The best thing about this place is the provision of a free shuttle to the hospital round the clock available every 15 minutes. Room was spacious but bathroom needs lot of improvement. Food was above average.
