One of the worst Kotak Banking service. Whenever you go for any service they deny easily. I went to deposit some soiled notes to my account the cashier just ignored rashly stating that we wont accept the soiled notes. Then how come you people follow the rules of RBI. Really pathetic service & worst customer service.

The worst bank service i ever saw. they dont know even how to assist for customer query. i visited the bank regarding issue on my transaction which has done on 19-04-2021 transaction got succesfull but its not transfered to merchant a/c wn i explained this to him he just told to call customer care. when customer care is not working means how can i call customer care when im holding 811 kotak a/c

Wrost service kotak Bank

This is literally the worst bank branch on the planet!!! Pleaseeee don’t trust ANYONE from this branch.. especially LOKENDRA - BM (Bank manager).was interested in buying a property recently, and since I have an 801 account from a while now, I thought I would check with Kotak to apply for a loan. I went to the bank and met SANJAY, this great guy took me to his BM, LOKENDRA. These two gentlemen sat me down and showed me the break-up of the loan and told me to get the best rate of interest. But the catch was, they said, the Loan was impossible without buying a saving plan (Just as a Security) and started talking about some saving plan.So after some discussions I agreed with a plan and asked to process it. the follow-ups were so great, the policy was processed within 2 days!!After this i was told i will get a call back from the Loan Dept (which i never did). So after 2 days I started calling these people but no one was responding to my call. i went to the bank, the BM says Sir, 1 more day and you will get your loan. This went on for a MONTH!!, but obviously no one called.Since i needed the loan immediately, i had to look for other banks (which were so much better, the loan process started immediately and got the loan in 2 weeks)The point which I am trying to make here is, just to make a few bucks off the commission, these people denied the Kotak a loan opportunity and also frustrated a loyal customer to HATE Kotak for none of its fault

The atm has money anytime when you need it didn’t went down even once as I regularly withdraw my money from that atm, the bank service inside is quite good I can’t say much as I visited only once inside the bank but the cleanliness is quite good, the location is in better place.

Worst and I think map location is also not correct

The workers of banks and even manager did cheats to Customers by opening kotak securities account then u will get loss of 2 to 3 thousand mean there is totally fraud expect other banks. Thank u be safe.

Better not to choose this bank its worst and customer team wont help you for your problems because in my account 5000 is deducted when I asked the reason to customer care people they said its a chargers for non maintenance of minimum ammount in account ..fraud bank charged me 5000 as a non maintenance charge …in a single day … better choose some good banks .not this Im thinking to close the account in this bank ..my experience is worst in this bank worst Bank

Staff is not responsible. They dont listen to Costumer & try to avoid. They try to convince verbally but not resolve issues. Worst service.

Its very waste branch, no one responded customer problem, so Im suggesting please take action for the same.
