Toilet lights was not working. DTH was not working. Very very poor experience. They charged high but service was very low. Dinning was also at higher price and low quantity.

Horrible experience. Zero stars for cleaning. Wont recommend to anyone. Staff interaction was quite rude. The food court was unhygienic. HORRIBLE 🤢.

Pros-Hotel is from walking distance from Dwarkadhish temple and near Iskon gate. transport easily available outside hotel.In hotel Restaurant and serves good quality food. provide only what is listed in amenities.Cons-the only reason Im giving 3 star is that the rooms are not noise proof and definitely your sleep gets disturbed when someone checks in or open wardrobe in next rooms.

This hotel located in main road. Management is trying to establish its hotel with all modern facilities, but all they have vintage equipment. But their service is very polite and co-operative

Nice and clean rooms.. A very Good accommodation option near to the temple. Just a walking distance to temple. Had few guests at hotel which I believe was due to current situation. Possibly that was the reason for no buffet breakfast even though had opted for it. Food options could be better at the restaurant..

The rooms are small...not maintained...service is improper...although location is pretty ok. Around one km from temple and on the main road. The restaraunt in the hotel is ok with eatable quality of food served.

Worst hotel, worst room and even worst service. They charged high compared to other but in terms of quality, it is worst. I have booked room for one day. Wifi was not working properly, ac was not upto the mark look like they bought from gray market. Even water was not coming in bathroom. I will not recommand this hotel to any one. Please try to avoid. And even roads of gujarat is more clean than this hotel.

First of all, the people here are very humble! Especially the owners! The rooms are nice and tidy and people here are always ready to assist you. A pocket friendly place to spend your getaways. Another benefit of staying here is that its very close to the Dwarkadhish Temple and other renowned holy places. I absolutely recommend this place to peopke wishing to spend some peaceful time in Dwarka, Gujrat. :)

Stayed for 3 days with my family, booked 2 rooms..Hotel is on Highway just next to travel hub, youll get easily rickshaw for everything..Always ready to help reception desk staff..Hotel is using solar water heater, so be ready for having shower before 8AM..Staff is Courteous, Water and Food is good..Interior has beautifully designed..Furniture is logically placed. Huge mirror is always helping hand to everyone..Enjoyed our stay..

This was really a pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff was very cordial. A very charming food was in the restaurant. The only issues were that the rooms were too small and the AC in my room was old and noisy. Rest everything was up to the mark . Stay was completely Good.

This is best hotel during my trip. Hotel staff is very cooperative and behaved very professionally, very down to earth and attitude was very great. They even help me to complete some official activities. I really enjoyed staying there and each time I visit dwarka would like to stay there.

During my visit with family.. we had stayed in Delux room. Rooms are small but cleaned. Bath rooms cleaning could be improved. Restaurant is good. Food is delicious. Staff was supportive.

Myself Akhilesh Nimje booked this hotel on 29th Jan 2018 online for 10th Feb 8 am morning to 8 pm evening. The payment was also done 100 % via net banking on 29th Jan. The requirement was also conveyed over phone and email that we are 4 adults and 2 kids. The hotel check in and check out time is 12 Noon. That is also OK. From morning 8 am to 8 pm on 10th Feb. They charged for 2 days. That is also Fine.But what about the service that we received was horrible. Upon reaching there we has a bitter experience. We reached at 8:30 AM. the room was not ready. The person at the reception asked to wait for 10 minutes. He also told that the room is not ready. For the time being we are being shifted to other room and at 12 Noon, another room will be provided. We even agreed to that. After 20 min, when my patience of waiting was over, I asked to the person at the reception counter that how long will it take to get the room. The person talked to us very rudely. He does not know how to talk to the customer.At 9:30 am, we were given the room. The bathrooms were dirty. Hot water was not available. When we asked the room service to provide hot water, he took the bucket and assured to be back with hot water within 10 minutes. The person went and came back after 40 minutes without any hot water into the bucket. There was no shampoo, bath soap given to us.We all took bath with cold water and went for darshan.When we returned back, our room was changed. This new room was even smaller than the earlier one. It could not accommodate 4 person and 2 kids together.A very peculiar dirty smell was coming which was irresistible.They took 2 days charge for just 12 hours and provided a horrible service.Dear Friends, if you are planning to stay in Dwarka Residency, if you would ask my opinion, I would say simply NO.Never stay in hotel. Prefer any other hotel but dont stay in this Dwarka Residency. They do not know the meaning of customer service and looting the people. Upon asking anything to the reception, they Talk very rudly.The person available at the reception on 10th Feb 2018 at 8:30 am is very rude.For god sake, dont and never go to this HotelThis 1 star I had to give only because it was not posting. It should be minus 100. No star rating.The place is hell to stay.NO NO NO NO NO NO NO

A negative review is best description of this place. The place smells like a dump. The AC doesnt work and nor does the fan. The staff is not cooperative and rooms are not in great shape either. The bed wasnt neat. The bedsheets were dirty as if someone had used them. I wish I could have posted how it smells here. Very dissapointed with the entire experience.

This is the worst place in Dwarka to stay. The roads are much cleaner in Gujrat as compared to this hotel. Rooms stings like a Fish Market. Room Service is not bad its worst than worst. Breakfast also smells as it is of some 2 -3 days back. If option is provided i would give ratings in negative.

First of all it is More of a lodge ..faced lot of issues during the stay and highly regret booking this hotel. the beds are filthy and stinky. the pillows were so bad that we thought of looking inside the cover and we were shocked to see the pillow from inside. just look at the snaps attached. rooms are too small. bathrooms are not clean and stinky. shower was not working. there was no hot water after 8 am in morning. all in all now worth even 1 star.

The hotel denied 6am check in where as I booked as per terms and conditions. The first thing I heard from the guy at reception, The check in check out is at the hotels discretion, **** cannot decide the terms and conditions. Its our property we will decide how to offer accommodation.Its very sad and astonishing to get such response when you drop yourself in an unknown city with 67years old mother. After argument and **** customer care conversation the hotel gave me the room which seemed below standard. The reception guy only gave me the key of Room No. 203, no one guided us or took our luggages upto Second Floor. On entering the room, found the room to be very stinking.The cushion covers were not clean, the fan was also dirty. The toilet and dustbin were also filled with dirt and junk. When I ranged the reception at 8am first about such anomalies they just said ok.Then after three reminders they changed the cushion covers only and that too at 9.30pm.
