Very average. Food is ok. The place looks nice but is a place for hukka and drinks only. The quantity of the food is extremely less and inadequate. Quality is decent. Its More of a place for a group of boys to chill. Ambience is good. Needs a lot of upgrade and up the standard of hospitality for couples and family.

The place looks good. Good response from the manager. Car parking could be challenging. Service is delayed, potato wedges were burnt and it was partially black in colour when served. If they knew it was burnt, the food shouldnt have come to the table in the first place. The manager was polite enough to replace it. We also ordered for chicken fried rice, the food was not lip-smacking as such. It looks like they sell the concept not the food itself. This place may be good for birthday parties. They have an area for rain dance and the ambience is commendable. The area where we sat had poorly dimmed lights. We had to ask the manager to turn on the fan until then it was not turned on. Overall, not a worthy experience as such. The two stars I have awarded is only for the managers customer centric approach and smiling face. I may not go there for dining but may consider this place for birthday parties. PS. I have attached the picture of burnt wedges which were served to us. Also, see the photo of replacement wedges we received after our complaint.

The place is beautiful like some mini resort... Its very customer friendly. They make you feel soo comfortable. Food is also good... Both veg and non veg is available. Decent parking space. Hookah is available but No alcohol.

We were driving back from Mysore to Bangalore through Kanakpura road, and time was around 2.30 or so, and we were all hungry. For a long time, we didnt see any decent restaurants, and suddenly this appeared which looked decent enough. We stepped in and realized it was a hookah cafe. Our intention was a fast lunch, and we should have left immediately - however, we stayed back and ordered 3 chicken fried rice, 2 noodles, a sandwich and some french fries. After so much follow up, and 45 minutes later they delivered french fries and the sandwich. We kept asking for the fried rice and noodles, and again after 20 minutes they delivered one fried rice. ( We ordered 3, they could not deliver all of them together). No plates/spoons or anything given, and again had to ask for another 10 minutes. Then they gave some paper plates and ice cream spoons! That was when we realized, we should just leave. We took the bill of whatever was delivered and just left from there. After waiting for an hour or more, we were not hungry anymore.If you are looking for some place to spend time with out ordering anything, may be the place is for you. Definitely wont recommend if you are hungry and looking to grab a quick bite.PS: For any one driving from mysore and seeing this as the first place and decides to stop - please dont. Drive further ahead for 1 km or so and there are a lot of decent restaurants where they serve proper food.

Pathetic customer service. We ordered frice rice, french fries, and juice which took 2 hrs to serve. Most of the food items were not there. If you are hungry and dont want to spoil your mood then dont visit this place. It looks good only photos.

Worst, only good for photos and some rest, and maybe the restrooms.Dont order anything, you may not even get to taste it, like in our case. Spent more than an hour but never saw any food despite confirming order multiple times. Honestly, if it was my younger self visiting, mostly would have ended in some fisticuffs.Met some folks outside who asked about the place. We straight away drove them to a different place. Some relief, I must admit

Dont waste your hard earned money and precious time here, an absolute unprofessional, untrained staff including owners, totally unhingenic. Out of their menu more than half of items are not available, whatever is available and served is not worth you are paying for.They also serve alcohol without any licence or permission.

Phew. Went to this place only coz it was high rated. The ambience is really bad and unwelcoming. Okay for college students and youngsters to spend time in groups. They have bean bag seatings, game rooms, sheesha etc.The food is disappointing, a simple dish like corn chesse nuggets were too oily and tasteless. The coffee and tea was equally bad, and served in paper mugs.The staff is polite.

Please don’t visit if you are Hungry.Took order after 15 mins and made us wait for another 45 minutes. And brings a wrong item which was not ordered. Had to walk out empty stomach after 60 mins.

Worst place ever - waited for an hour and even after that we didnt get the simplest of orders - maggi and omlette.Everytime we asked they kept saying almost ready another 5-10 mins.We had to leave after an hour because we got fed up of waiting .The manager is horrible and rude - when we said we are waiting there for an hour what kind of service should we expect- he just stormed off without even bothering to answer.Untidy place also must say , parking is a challenge too.These guys should really shut their place down , never been to a place worse than this.

Hidden gem in outskirts of Bangalore. When we visited it was not crowded. But the place have Cheerful and sparking ambiance. They serve many varieties of hooka and quality is good. Friendly staff and service is good. You can play board games , snooker. A nice place to spend some quality time.

This place could be an alternative of Raasta Cafe. Both AC and Non-AC dinning available. Ambience is extremely good with full of gardening. And food is delicious. I opted veg and it met my expectations.

This is a cool joint. You can have some really good veg and non veg food here. We took chicken steak and mocktail. The taste of the food was really great. The place have options to have hooka if you are into it. Overall I would say it is a great place if you want to go here with your friends and hang out.

We discovered this place on our way to prani pet sanctuary.. This place is awesome.. it was less crowded, bcz of which we could eat peacefully without worrying about kids safety (keeping corona in mind). But they take too long to deliver the order..

Found this place by accident. What a wonderful find this was! We reached Cafe Hauz Khas around 1:30 AM. We walked in because of the hookah, but the place just blown us away. Very calm, under the sky, priceless sight of the moon...Service was also unmatchable. They were very welcoming and provided everything we asked for with a smile. They are open 24hrs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.Id highly recommend this place for a ride out or a romantic date. Cost is also very affordable. Please do visit this amazing place.

UNSKILLED STAFF - took the order and 30 mins later we were informed most stuff ordered was not available, We changed the order but none of the stuff made it to the table, after waiting for almost 40 mins when we checked with d staff about when the new order was coming, the lady who took d ordered outright lied that d new order was never placed. Wasted much time for nothing. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Worst experience ever the ambiance is quiet good but the staffs are real rude n have no respect for customers there was a fair guy I dont know his name in service I asked him to get me someforks n it took him almost half an hour to get me the forks n when I asked y did it took so long he replied this is not ur home we also have works to do we are not free for u so just dont complain n enjoy what is served they need improvement in service n the pizza we ordered was cold n I was getting stones in it while chewing it yakkkk!!they served chilled beers too which is not good at all they mixed water to it n sell tat also illegal!!

The ambience is perfect too, and Cafe Hauz Khas is a great getaway from the hustle bustle of the city. The hookah is top notch, and the food with the ambience and hookah is all available at unbelievably low prices. It was a Sunday very well spent.

This place is one of the best places in Bangalore we have visited. If you are from Delhi, and you miss the food, music and hospitality of Delhi, then this place is a must visit for you all.
