First thing to be said is the ambience. Its just wow... Then comes the food, which is very good as well. But the service time is very much behind. I dont know if it was just that day of our visit or generally it is that slow.

Food has always been good on the whole, but in the last few months they have dropped in terms of service and overall quality. This is all in spite of still having sufficient staff numbers.Bit sad to see, but if you want decent food and dont mind waiting for 45 minutes for your meal- Bhagini is a good bet.

Worst food in Bangalore. Customer service was terrible, had to wait 1 hour for the food to be prepared. And the order sas wrong and thr Billing was inaccurate. They should just stop the business and go sleep or something.Terrible experience. I hope they shut soon.

Customer service was very poor so was the quality of the chicken, which was really very stale & smelling, when brought to the notice the person concerned was very offensive, coz he thought we were asking to deduct the amount, infact we didnt even complained to the manager, when the plates were being cleared I said the chicken smelled stale.......

We had gone seeing the reviews but unfortunately inspite of the interiors being very good ,the food and service was below average.....Realy was embarassed to treat my friends here... anyways hope they upgrade themselves ...all the best for future...

Its alright for a lunch / dinner with colleagues but not the best place for families or for people who like to hang out by themselves. Liqor is served here. And I think they also offer stay. Starters were nice (Guntur Chicken, Reshmi Kebab) but the main course wasnt something I will remember them for. There is ample seating, not very wheelchair-friendly.

First of all none of the foods were available. None of the tandoor items or soup. No dal was given with jeera rice (the waiter asked us to eat it with raitha, literally) and everything tasted horrible. The place is horrible and the service took forever (literally more than 40 mins). The taste for the price is too much because that’s how bad the food was.The thing that infuriated me the most was that we were served PRAWNS on the order of BABY CORN. It’s one thing that we want to try it ourselves and another being served non veg against our wish. (Some of the vegetarians ate it before realising something was wrong) The waiter had no sense of remorse.I would personally never go there again. 👎Taste isn’t good, overpriced and plain bad.In conclusion, 0/5.

Hi im manju,today i visit bhagini siganayakanahalli branch, its worst situation i had in my life.I checked in at 4.30pm and checked out 7pm and took 60ml*6 blenders pried Bt they billed for 60ml*9, i asked the reason,(manger avg 5feet) mager came to me and spoke in vulgar language i argued with him.(he has a trick to scare customer he adjusted 5 localited people to thret customer for to be quite) i asked to show footage what they supplied he told we wont display that insted i need to pay every single rupee, he is very rude person, hell do anything to have money in his pocket, and the biller(billing person) will scare to pay bill or hell do warning to do something (life threat) to us before we leave.Plz dont go to bhagini

Their waiters need to be taught not to look over customers shoulder while making payment (especially when it is card payment with customer entering the pin) and helicopter around to find out how much tip the customer leaves. Women customers can feel a lot uncomfortable and intimidating when couple of waiters move around them without any reason. Bhagini management, if youre reading this...make sure you fix this.
