I visited the place today (11/July/2016). There is a board about the business but no one answered the door. Tried using the calling bell and knocked the door too but could not get any response. So, not sure if this place is actually available for business. Better to call the number and try before visiting it.

I visited this office today. I had a rental agreement and for which I needed the notary sign. The guy sitting at the reception kind of counter said it would cost 400 RS. Do these people fix a price for each thing based on a persons dressing sense. The same thing I can get it done in BDA complex at 50 RS. These people are looting common people. My sincere advice is not to visit this office for any purpose.
