Its rare to find a CA who is willing to not just go into details, but also look into the tax laws and explain it in a way that you can understand it. Not just that, they also gave me helpful info that I had not asked about because I didnt have knowledge of it. Ive found them to be patient, polite, well-mannered and professional. There were a few times they made tiny errors and I had to re-verify and followup on my own, but overall they are good.
