I was referred to Qubix by a friend who bought the Bose L1 Compact system from them. After visiting their store, I was impressed by the variety of systems and in-depth knowledge of the staff. I decided to buy the Bose L1 Pro 8 which is a newer model with features like Bluetooth, etc.Mr. Vivek worked closely with me in processing the order and providing frequent updates on the shipment. There were delays because of customs clearance which was not in our control. Once the customs was cleared, Mr. Vivek followed up on a daily basis and also expedited the formalities with Bose. The Arc is a brilliant soundbar, subtle bass, not overpowering, fantastic mids. Want more bass go for the Ambeo. You could attach a bass unit separately for both if you want thunder. Though both soundbars do great without them.There are plenty sitting on Amazon and other sites, but there is nothing that can beat the professionalism and efficiency of Qubix. When you are putting some money into something, you want to make sure you get what you paid for.This team knows how to win a customers trust and they know how to keep it that way. Very good experience and a shoutout and thank you to Philip.I had some issues with my Sonodyne speakers during the lockdown. Philip attempted to help as much as possible to do their bit before concluding on the problem. He patiently helped me investigate the issue, identify the problem and suggested some quick fixes too, all this via a video call. The video call went on for more than an hour as we kept trying out multiple permutation combinations and finally identified the problem to be a faulty cable.Definitely recommend them for all your audio visual solutions.

Best place to get a home theatre in Bangalore.

I dont have good experience with the dealer , First i got demoed speakers with little offer .. center speaker is not working as expected ,Highs were not crisp .. (they might know the issue exists with speaker ) . Even i showed many evidence from my side ..they didnt hear and very reluctant to hear my concern. They also gave me wrong pair of speakers (different Left/Right watts speaker & center speaker has different watts) which does not match.I also sent a mail evident from the respective speaker company to prove wrong pair... They laughed and told speaker company will not know anything . It was quite surprising..at their response.And what ever they promised before purchase they did not follow..How ever After a long fight with them some how i managed to return the used speaker & got new ones without any offer(where as other dealers ready to give 8 % discount for the same brand).They did not deliver speaker to home .... Even after requesting . i needed to go and pick up the speaker.Sales executive does not know much technical information & other info handy .I have to blame my fate to get struck on this dealer.I purchased LCR speakers from other dealer ..got very good discount .Delivery to home and Free installation as well.The information i got from other dealer is excellent & they are very good responsive.I will not recommend this company to any one..They are telling its 20 years company... No maturity , sense is shown to customer. The product defect was immediately communicated to your people on next day itself.I have mail proof for this , i also asked to hold the invoice receipt also until the issue is sorted out.When i called the showroom .Nobody even bothered to check what is the issue and they immediately blame me & blame the other electronics equipment i was using.To my fate I brought the speaker directly to your showroom to show the evidence..No body have checked the speakers and not ready to take the speaker back as well. The only answer every time i got was Boss is not available. Apart from Boss no people have authority ?...At least for courtesy they should have checked the speaker / should have taken the speaker to check from service center.Regarding different wattage of speakers, i asked them before purchasing itself...they told its not an issue . But actually when i inquired the same from speaker company- they clearly mentioned mixing higher watts speaker with lower watts speaker not recommended.Also i have checked the same center speaker from other dealer ...it was sounding good with good highs. The center speaker delivered to me was a defected piece.All incidents clearly showed , they wanted to make clearance sale with maximum higher price (without customer knowledge).Before selling , they mentioned the product was 100 % warranty covered , in case of any defects they told they can replace. After purchasing everything got changed.Note : Other dealer was giving me the speaker for audition at my home for 1 week. I experienced the speaker at my home and i ordered speaker they have delivered the new speakers to my home. This is how the customer focus should be ..
