Helpline phone numbers not working. they not receiving. Irregular work.

Literally waste fellows...very rude behaviour with pension people.

They never answer phone 😡 when we visit the office, the official dont answer properly and ask to call on the landline and they dont give their mobile number.

My gpf no. POL 33682 had applied for partial withdrawal two months back. But still not yet processed for their own reasons. I am only having 17 months of service and has given lot of pain in getting my own money from my savings.

Pension section PV11R3 Dept very dull service to pensioners. My mother family pension not coming.day by day me,or my mother went to AG office.but not use.

People are very nice and approachable.. clean and tidy environment.. They have token system to address people concern.

All work depend on letters received from state government. Most of employees dedicated to their work.

Worst service to the pensioners, they take nearly 4 - 5 months for settling the pension. They dont have any software and the workers are not updated to make the pension settlement hassle free. None of the officers will be on desk, most of the times.

I will comment only on the website of PAG office, when we enter ppo details and date of birth details, simply it shows d msg month format is wrong, even though we prefix a zero for ,1 to 9 months!! Simply wastes or valuable time.🤔🤔🤥 ☹️

Only Government office that I know is totally corruption free..

Most of the employees are dedicated. I am proud to be a part of it.
