Fraud company, they just take the money and dont do any work. The final step of manual signature is never approved by them. I sent them the signature about 10 times, even then they rejected it. Their number is unavailable, they dont respond to mails or calls, save your money and avoid these scamsters!

I absolutely loved it.I am a researcher dealing with a great deal of data so it was really helpful to know that someone was looking over the application for me. The application sent me helpful reminders to check my drafted RTI and the service is extremely prompt.The only additional feature I would have loved to have is the option to correspond by phone/chat/email with the person reviewing my application. I would not have minded paying an additional fee for this either. So perhaps you might consider adding this as an optional feature for those who are making complicated applications.

A total fraud and lame company I filed an RTI from them at 588/- a women committed me to delivered information 7 days. But after 7 days they are saying that information take about 30 days to reach your place. ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE SAY IF INFO DOESNT COME IN 30 DAYS PLEASE WAIT FOR 40-50 DAYS A NEVER ENDING WAITING TIME. FOR THEM CUSTOMER IS NOTHING BUT A BARKING DOG. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY INFO AND THIS COMPANY AND ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOTAL FRAUD AND LOSS.hope this review helps anyone who is about to file RTI from them.
