Very good in responding to queries and doubts on taxation.As usual, there were instances where I doubted the level of understanding of the junior folks. You have to ask the right questions in the right way, then they are able to come back with right justifications and points. Usually they consult their seniors.

Would not recommend to anyone. They just do basic ITR which and if salaried then petty easy to do by yourself and if there is any issue later then this particular agency will not answer or pick your calls.

This is a kind of low value kind of a job. You must give tax planning suggestions through proper investment planning. May be some senior person must be doing this work. I want value added activity.
