Worst Customer service experience Ive ever had, and thats a bold statement that Im willing to make. I cancelled my service because the implementation and integration for my business was a nightmare, even though you pay a hefty implementation fee. After cancelling via email, I am still being charged monthly, and for some reason, the monthly fee goes up every month. After trying to get my money back, and being promised multiple times that its being handled, Im still left with no refund and recent charges. Dont trust Zenoti or Soham International, and I urge you to check your bank statements if youve ever had dealings with them.

HORRIBLE SOFTWARE! RUN!! We have NEVER had software issues like we have with Zenoti. They cannot seem to figure out how to solve their glitches.. some they have been telling us for 30 days they are trying to fix. They even have refunds on our account to a bank account they have not been able to identify for weeks. We are losing money right and left with Zenoti. DO NOT USE! The other reviews from customers below show this isnt an isolated issue.

Their software is so poorly optimized and theres always some type of problem. Trying to have their client relations people fix anything is like pulling teeth and half of the time. Seriously, dont use zenoti. Seriously, look at their reviews here, its people from India giving 5 stars for working for the company but actual spa owners and staff are the ones giving the 1 stars. Their software sucks!

Terrible! The list is to long to write in detail, but a great example would be Inventory Value. The Inventory Value Report does not show the total $ value of my remaining inventory. I am only able to see the quantity and would need to export that (in 6 months increments) to a spreadsheet. At which time I would need to do the calculations on my own. Seriously?

Zenoti gave a neat and easy experience of all work related to salon and beauty spa. One of best places that has big experience on salon and spa, which takes care of all customers.

Terrible. They have taken over $5000 from our account and have provided ZERO services. No one in the company will answer the phone or their emails. I would not recommend this software company to anyone.

With real-time, quick and easy access on my device, managing data and giving excellent service experience to our customers becomes very easy. Heads up to the zenoti support which is always available when we have an issue.

Avoid!! As a customer I cant express how horrible this company is, everything is delayed, paid for over 8 month and still cant have a functioning system to work with. Zero customer service, not willing to give direct contact. Its truly a waste of money and time

Stay away!!! No customer service and they took me for 1800.00. been waiting for a refund for over a month.... Customer service is in India. Not good..

Confusing, confusing, confusing.... Always some new problem to deal with. Client services is slow to solve anything (even if its something time sensitive). Also Zenoti Pay device changes Languages as it pleases.

Zenoti Pay is TERRIBLE, declines half our customer cards on swipe and chip! Get with the times! ALSO No built in tips option for our guests which is awkward and frustrating. Get with the times!!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would.

Keep getting emails from them with no way to opt-out. I have now called the company 3 times trying to figure out how to get off the list. Left 3 voicemails. No response. Pretty frustrated with their lack of communication.

My favorite place as I spend most of my time here. Amazing work culture, lovely bunch of folks, great location. Love everything about Zenoti
