No internet. You can see flies roaming as AC is not working. Limited food choices.

Another typical ccd. Has the same menu. Clean restrooms. Limited parking for four wheelers. Usually not very crowdedA decent hangout spot with friends. Service is quick and nice. All modes of payment and accepted here. There is surprisingly no WiFi here.Many a times they switch off the air conditioning to save electricity. The staff need to be reminded to switch it back on as it can get a bit stuffy.

While the place is pretty spacious and the ambience is also decent, the service and the food is very poor. For some reason the lady at the counter only charged half of the bill by card and asked to pay the rear by cash without any explanation. The food also looked like it was slapped together without any care and thrown in the oven to heat and then served. The coffees we had were still decent.A decent place to hangout and have coffee but nothing beyond that.

If u need to spend time with somebody without prying eyes, this is good place. Not much crowd. Comfortable sofa seats. U can order coffee and sit and chat with loved ones to your hearts content.

Doesnt have the vibes & comfort of a good cafe. Sad place, congested and uncomfortable. Good enough for sitting here half an hour or so and doing your office work. Keep in mind that theres no place to park your car here except on the side of the busy road in front.But I forgot my Kindle over here and the staff were helpful enough to keep it.

The best place to chill out with friends for a coffee. We ordered chocolate cake which was so good. Loved the overall experience.

This outlet is not so good. It is the only outlet is this area so :( the quality of the food I ordered was very bad as compared to other outlet of Cafe coffee day. The quantity of the drinks was 40% less than others CCD outlet. The service is good.

Nice place if you want to have a coffee not that much crowded but service is good you can go with your friends if you want to hangout with them and enjoy snacks without any hurry

Unappetizing ,unpleasant food, I had a bad time in the CCD everything was like washed off... First time ever CCD serving disgusting sizzling brownie & the frappe was like most embarrassing thing on our table... Anyways staff needs to be trained nd quality of the product should be maintained as per the brand...

1. They dont have a generator, electricity was cut off 4 times and we sat in pitch darkness. 2 They had turned off the AC, God knows why the hell they charge so much. Really miserable experience, we went in for a coffee and we were sweating more inside, Kash Thele wali chai pi lete. CCDs are usually good but this one is really a ruined one

Overall ratings 3.5/5. And since it is one of the few café styled restaurant in Belgaum, it demands 4 stars on Google maps review. I feel its comapritively well maintained. I have mixed experience when it comes to CCDs franchise and their outlets.

Went 2 times and staff made mistakes in order both the times. There is no proper coordination between staff. The service was not customer oriented and as per to be required to suit the CCD brand value.
