Good for some flavours. But authentic ones dont retain the taste like they had 2-3 years ago(coffee and all)

Courteous staff. They were very accommodating even though we reached just when they were closing. The ice cream ofcourse was great as usual

Authentic flavours from the naturals brand of ice creams. The shop is fresh and clean. Parking can be a hassle during peak hours. They have a limited seating area inside. They accept all major debit and credit cards.Must try for ice cream lovers. Dont forget to ask for the flavour of the month/week.

Vareity of tastes... I had coffee walnut and roasted walnut flavours. Very good. But in tender coconut, unlike earlier, I couldnt find tender coconut pulp in it. Scoops also seem to be small unlike previous visits

The taste of the ice cream cant be described in words as it is a famous. The ambience of the place is decent. Very well recommends for kids and family too. Various shades of taste can be enjoyed. But if there is an occasion definately place is bit small compared to their fans. But compare to the naturals in Bombay this place has to catch-up a lot (it is mean statement- but hopefully they will do much better). All in all I loved this place. So it is a 4.5 🌟 from my side.Cheers!!!

Most worst experience taste and service wiseI have previously visited naturals pune , but this belgam center is not as compared to Punes naturalsOrdered chiku and jackfruit but guy has served 2 chiku later replaced when we noticed. But rude in talkingOther tendar coconut I have taken but taste was not same as Punes shop it was not good quality wiseThe cone was burnt taste like bitter so not good at allFinally many flavours like kaju kishmish, watermelon, blackberry were missingWe ordered jackfruit ice cream but guy has not served stating reason that it has became hard which was non sense reasonI traveled nearly 7-8 km just to have the naturals ice-cream but experience was disappointing

As the name says , its flavours are natural to the very molecule of it.I recommend to try any of the fruits ice cream, especially Tender coconut and then one coffee and walnuts.Place is quite small,simple and hygienic.Flavours arent always available tho. :/

Amazing flavours and great taste. The ice-cream parlour is comfortable to sit in and eat. The seating is shared though. The walls and the decor are cool. They have a wide range of flavours and the seasonal flavours are the most fun. They also have new Friday Funday flavours which are some of the trending flavours.

Very good quality ice cream is served here. Tender coconut and sitaphal are all time favourite. The place is good to go with friends. Many seasonal fruits flavoured ice creams are also available. Ive creams are a lil expensive but totally worth the quality and taste.

Seasonal ice creams here are the best. Ive tried all the flavors all are excellent but my favorite ice cream is sitaphal, tender coconut, coffee walnut and of course Mango. I dont usually eat ice cream unless it is from naturals. Its truly worth your money and time. PS: they dont add preservatives in their ice cream so all flavors might not always be available.

Good place good location same as all the naturals ice cream stores across India.Staff well mannered and followed hygiene while serving.has a good sitting place and the TV giving info about the making of the ice cream is a good initiative.
