Booked the Nexon on August they have promised to give on October 15 th but they are not responding properly now worse people over there spoiling tata name fooling people over there giving proud promise to customer

Tata as a brand is very good for quality of products. But after service from this showroom is average. Very slow with every process example getting the papers/registration/ accessories.
Worst service in the planet I should say...such an irresponsible staff ....they took 15 days for simple front bumper replacement and they took 80km of test drive for 7 months old car which is almost new....still I am waiting for the vehicle...they didnt commit proper timeline ... simply making it delay with reason parts being not available.....I am going to take legal action on the service center....this is been very horrible experience of my life ...its been very misirable feel for no mistake of mine..... Belgaum manickbag service is spoiling the credibility of Tata motors.....never recommend this service center for any reason....
The staff are polite and friendly in service and Showroom. In my 1st service there were few hiccups, I understand this is due to covid lock down. Today I came for 2nd service this time its better and liked it. I had talked with few service staff about vehicle efficiency they provided good information. Overall this time I am happy with service and gesture by Manickbag belgaum. Thank you.
Excellent customer service. I was explained the features in detail by the manickbag team. The facilities to service cars is better than any tier 1 city car service station.

Bought Nexon and will put up buying and services exp.Buying experience was not great, and after getting car had to run, follow-up lot to get the excess amount refunded infact had to raise concern in TMSC. Ask for all the price & fees (spl registration charge). After getting car delivered get all invoices do not delay.If you are not satisfied with Sales representative reach out to Manager or TMSC before it start frustrating.Got 1st service and it was good experience.

Worst service providers. They are not accurate with work or their promissory timings. If you have any time go to Hubli Dharwad Manikbag. They do work based on time promised. They tell accurate time. These guys promise to get it done in 2 hours and made us sit for 6 hours. Hope the Branch Managers have a look at this.

Its been a month, trying to get Nexon Manual test drive, still no luck. Other brand call,sms, email, WhatsApp, whatever the way they can reach, are getting to us.But these guys, dont know whats wrong, visited personally 2 times called 3 times.They replied on last review asking to call or connect so we did, got test ride of Automatic version.We where not interested in automatic and requested for manual.Atleast customer gave second chance to showroom, expecting reply is hopeless now that we understand.Good luck ,who ever is reading this.

Poor service. Poor planning. I took car for 50k kms maintenance and they did some regular maintenance in a hurry and they charged 8000 Rs for the same. They told me to come to pick the car by 4:30 pm, I had to wait till 6 pm to take delivery of my dirty car. They couldnt even clean the car after charging 8000 Rs. I dont recommend this maintenance shop.

Poor management of vehicle registration. It has been almost 8 months since I have purchased Tata Tiago XZ and still have not recieved RTO registration smart card. RTO authoritiies say dealer has not completed some formalities that are requred for registration. They don,t even have enough courtesy to reply when written an email regarding this.

The worst experience you will ever have. I would not even like to give 1 star because they dont deserve. I booked the car Tiago XZ A+ and payed the booking amount (24 June) and received the car after a month (23 July). They kept delaying the promised date and later got to know that my car was given to some other customer. And finally after a month when I went to take the delivery(2 pm) they kept us wait because there they did not check the car once it arrived the showroom. We waited for 4.30 hoursa until 6:30pm. Wonder what services would they provide after this. Absolutely not recommending anyone to be purchase from here.

Horrible service support.Bought a Tata Harrier on Dec 6th. After around 9000Kms there were side wall bubbles which appeared on my front right Tyre (Feb). Dropped it for warranty claim the very next day. Received an update mentioning apollo tyres wont replace it(Feb end), and stated the reason as user ignorance. I told the service station to reexamine the matter as the bubbles appear due to manufacturing defects-air leakage from the inner wall. Later after some research realised that this is not just one case and many tata Harrier users are facing the same issue. They considered the claim when I mentioned that this matter will be handled legally. Apparently, the Tyre is still not replaced and Im using the vehicle on my spare Tyre (June 1st).Horrible service and poor quality product, highly recommend to reconsider your choice before buying this Tata Product. Well, this is not just one issue I faced with my vehicle. I had even the diesel tank drop down while driving due to poor design.
