Superb hotel for long and short stays. This is one of the best hotels Ive stayed in Belgaum. The hotel is located in the central part of the city and hence has markets, banks and stores as well as healthcare and medical facilities nearby. Theres a nearby bus stand and rickshaws are easily available from this hotel to any location in Belgaum. The staff and management are very friendly. Their Top in Town bar and restaurant is fabulous and very reasonably priced for the superb food as well as economically priced drinks.

I had booked the hotel for my wedding guests. The hotel staff asked for ID proofs multiple times to the same people who had earlier checked in. They even troubled a married couple a lot by asking proof of their marriage multiple times, even after giving them whatever proof they had and they had already been allowed to check-in with the proofs. I have screenshot of the proofs and email sent to the hotel. Even after telling them in advance about the wedding guests the staff was so uncooperative that the guests called us multiple times and notified us about the issues they are facing from the staff at the hotel. This happened even after I personally visiting the hotel multiple times, infact a day before the checkin to tell the hoteliers in advance that our guests will be arriving tomorrow and they agreed to take good care of them.Highly disappointed, I would want to request a refund given the experience I faced. My guests didnt even stay in the hotel for the days they were given the accomodation and I had to shift them to my home because of the discomfort they faced at the hotel from staff behaviour. It was a wedding event, not a casual trip and my guests had come to attend my wedding event for 2 days..and given I had informed the hotel already about the bookings by visiting the hotel multiple times about the guests and still they did such a bad job.

Well the room was quite good well maintained clean and tidy the staff was also polite and available at all times the room just seem to be a lil bit smaller then shown in pictures other than that no problem.

The rooms were clean. We booked Non AC room. The bathroom doors locked were not proper. The lights were less. The ambience was good. Location of the hotel was good for all access. The rooms were enough for our family. Nice restaurant on Top floor with better pricing and quality

Its an average budget/decent hotel, just right the middle of the matket un Kirloskear road. Has basic amenities. Nothing fancy.

Good centrally located hotel. though entrance is a bit odd as lift and stairs located between shops. rest all good. they have a restaurant and bar at the top floor and also a terrace restaurant and bar. though I did not try the food

Pros - Location is good Cons - (i) Linens were dirty - Pillow covers were dirty, bedsheet was having spots over it. Blanket condition was same. (ii) Toilet commode*** was broken, infact it was kept over the commode just to fool me. when I opened, it was in my hand. (iii) No telephone in room to communicate staff(iv) Dont choose small room, it was too small to even walk. I had chosen small one for approx 1200 rs. (v) The worst thing I felt bad there was since I was coming from Delhi by train, train was late around 5.30 hrs. I booked my food at hotel very well in advance from train only. When I reached hotel at about 12 midnight they served me cold food inspite having their own kitchen at hotel. I was damn tired and hungry. So, I can say that staff of hotel are very unprofessional and rude. I wont recommend it to stay.

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Their restaurant offer bar service if u are a drinker. They also have a lounge with ambient crowd on top floor. Loved the weekend crowd.

The overall experience was good! liked the fast service! the staff was very co-operative! the rooms were clean with all the amenities promised! loved it! The only problem we faced was while locating the restaurant! being new to the place it became difficult for us to locate and hence there was wastage of money!

Our stay was nice at the hotel, staff was nice and the hotel provided us with tiny little bottles of shampoo, oil and little bars of soap.Our bedsheet was kind of torn and hot water wasnt available even after we went to the reception and he told us that they had to switch the geyser on over there. The room smelled of paint and air freshener, rather odd, that wasnt pleasant. But since we were just there for a day, we adjusted and just moved along.

Its a lodge not hotel.. Need to correct that on all travel sites

Stay was awesome. Sleepes like heaven. A/c was good. Room service was best. Morning hot water was there. Other facilities wardrobe, mirror, t. v. chairs all are there. Although it was best stay.

Hotel is in prime location, bath room is hygiene and clean. Rooms are good, its safe for even girls. one can get autos atc to anywhare. its near to bus stand, shared autos can get up to railway station. we were 6 persons in two different rooms. hotel gave us earlier check in free.

Staff is cooperative and the hotel location is prime but thats all the positive. Room is not something you would like to stay in. Bed has bedbugs. Bathroom has lights so dim that you can hardly see your face. Woodwork is without any cleaning or maintenance. Rest is your choice.

Was given the room after more than half an hour; service was good at night... pillows were substandard and used, made to change that.. they told room boy not available when asked to get 2 bags out of 4 and keep in vehicle... overall : good experience Good

The staff was cooperative and allowed me for an early check-in after being reluctant initially. The hotel location is prime and accessible. However, the positives end here itself. As I entered the room, Bedding was untidy, woodwork was not maintained, walls were under moisture, bathroom had lights so dim that I could hardly see my face. But the most horrible experience was of bedbugs which I have even recorded. I would have moved to another hotel but hardly had any time to look out for another hotel at that time as I had a tight schedule.

Very small rooms, but price is reasonable and this hotel is in centre of Belgaum market, so local market is easily accessible.. but rooms are comparatively very small and not properly clean

Near a busy road, helpful receptionists, rooms are quite small, only married couples. Unmarried couples arent allowed. Non ac rooms are moderate to stay in. Bed quality and blankets not so good.

This place is located in the heart of the city and ha got easy access to the malls and street food. The service was quick and food was great. The cleanliness can be improved further.

Very near to Nucleus mall, bus stop, shopping complexes. Parking, WiFi, room-service are available. Security guard, receptionist and other staff are friendly. Rooms are clean but hotel board is not clearly visible. People are familiar with the name Top in Town Tower rather than Western Tower . . It took sometime for us to search hotel even-though we were standing just in-front of the hotel during night time.

NO COVERED CAR PARKING WITHIN HOTEL PREMISES, but theyve roadside parking on the other side of the main road, while the hotel is located in the congested gullies of the dirty old market area which is stinkingly dirty in the rainy season!! One of the worst experiences ever had... Even if the rooms were good... The staff was too stubborn and demanded money for getting tea... Seems it was a chadar badlu hotel which is accustomed for renting our rooms for an hour or so... Not recommended for families. They have a bar in the building and too many arrogant and bully kind of public in the place making it unsafe for women and children.

Hotel rooms are affordable and are available with AC, but they dont allow outside food, so you have to eat in their bar cum restaurant which is quite costly.
