I opted for pick up from doorstep, but none of the executives had any understanding of the process clearly as it was DHL-BlueDart collaborated shipment.I ended up waiting for 3 days trying to ship my package but finally had to close the request as there was NO confirmation on when the shipment will be picked. Avoid DHL-BlueDart service for international shipments
