WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... receptionist dont understand local language..if u call Girias and speak in Kannada they will reply in Hindi...keep you on hold and handover it somebody else, he or she handover to others. youre made to wait unnecessarily for 10-15 minutes for a silly enquiry.

Did not issue a mandatory eway bill to transport, and not responding,no confirmation of goods delivery,Bad business practices , very illegal,However issue resolved without their involvement
