The majestic bldg reminds me the glory ofold days,it had Head Post office. Tel office and full of employees. Now it is empty and desolate.

Very courteous staff. Iconic building. Great architect. However its an aging elephant which could go extinct despite having the best of equipment. Only time will tell.

1) Due to main cable fault there was no net at my place since mid march to full month of April i tried calling to file complaint also visited area bsnl office they said they will look after it. I called several times to main office but none of them didnt show up. After many arguments they came and fixed the cable in the month of may.2)Again in the month may due to new gutter work in my area they uprooted the main bsnl Pole, i filed complaint about this to the bsnl office it happened may 31st(i have all photos too). I used to call everyday to office for my connection they would say will come and see it later, I have written almost 4 to 5 complaint letters, some employe would send me to the Bhagyanagr office to submit it some employe send me to the Main head office (i submitted in hand). When i visited after a week to ask about letter that i gave it one of thier employee they used to ask me when did you give And to whom you gave , we dint receive any later.3) I got connection on july 6 that too temporary connection frequently net suddenly stops due to all broken and improper connection of cables i could see cables lying on road with stones kept on it so no can disturb it.Now i got bills of march,April may and june to pay why should i pay all full months when i not used it at all and after several complaints and Request they dint give any solution now they are asking me to pay full all months of bill.I am ready pay to how much i have used the net but problem and irresponsible os from their side why we should pay for this.

BSNL totally Lootmaar company. Not infuture good Service.very high rate & Net is very low. So, I have not interested.

Most certainly not Lacks in public relations....Had to go out of the premises to a stationary just to purchase a A4 paper to write an application ..

This is Main office of the Belgaum city. Location of the office in camp area. BSNL office is neat and clean.all staffs are cooperative.

I have always got the best response. Happy with the service.

BSNL utsav, it comes near the cantonment bord govt hospital, it is the centre of the BSNL office, if any of the problem arise regarding bsnl sim , we shall just visit the office. It has car , bike parking facilities of free of coast. Even i had also been ther to port my docomo sim into bsnl, the service also was nice and gave respect to the costumer.....

Earlier it was known as head post office of belgaum, but later post office shifted to nearby area in a new constructed building & BSNL shifted to this old building build by stone, .
