Amazon internet shopping is very disappointing as as my item returned back for exchange is still awaited for more than nearly a year. In spite of repeated requests has been overlooked/put off. When finally contacted, assured that the amount would be refunded but till date nothing yetNeed to highlight my experience to the Amazon management. Hope my complaint would be heeded and my amount refunded.
