Didnt find the place itself.

This place is being run extremely poorly. We arrived at 11:30am and they said that it opens at 12:00. At 12, they said it’s going to take 20 more minutes, with no explanation given on why they are late. They were literally seven people working and they wouldn’t open the registers. They later said that the food arrived little late. But I wanted pre package food which was there already. During this time, they took time to open lights, take pictures and then promptly shut off the lights again. (Looked like they wanted to post pics online).Really bad service.

DONT GO! Goa airport Chai Point is awful. Served cold, lumpy coffee that had been sitting in a container all day. Staff need to be more aware that this is a breeding ground for germs. Also it was sweet even though I asked for no sugar. Food was lukewarm and tasteless. Only asked for a refund for coffee even though the food was bad too but they wouldnt even refund me for that. Disgusting

Excellent prices . Good quality and more than enough quantity.

Staff did not know to operate the swiping machine and the Atm wasnt working .......no efforts from their end ...sad

Hello,There is a chaipoint store at Goa Domestic airport,. The vendor Bhushan Marathe,was too rude. I went to buy a chai and asked for card payment he refused and gave reason that there is no network at goa Airport. After paying cash observed that initially he mentioned cost of chai is Rs 110 but he gave me bill of Rs 109. So every customer they take rs 1 extra per cup. Think of full day chai cost and full month all this is black money.They are purposefully doing this.I request you to check on this and do the needful.
