Worst service from this people .....Main think that management people dont no the technical issue simply they fight with a customer...if u give them new branded phone for service they will exchange ur all parts from the new phone cant belive this people lot of fraud case did with me be careful I have lost my 2 mi phone that was dead now

Yesterday I went to mi service centre,to replace my redmi note6 pro battery, they took 2300rupees from me, cost is tooo much, hopeless service, behavior with customer is rude.

They are fruadI heard by my ears that they are making deal of fake parts and displays with 40 percent commisionFor warranty parts their deal for water damageAnd after warranty parts any reason they give and place fake and duplicate material

They dont have respect for coustmer and mi has got worst service center and there staff is not good have got plenty of attitude hate mi mobiles

Its closed,we ve dire emergency to get out mobile e to repaired,its closed, atleast morning till 10 am,it could have function ed

Service charge is very high. Recently I changed my cellphone battery they charged me 800+ just to replace the battery except the battery rate(799).On the other hand the service was quick and very responsive.

Not so friendly, they should really set up more no. of representatives. Mostly they should suggest maintenance type of corrective measures rather than replacing the component. A ls its lot cheaper to buy mi phones, service is needed in the period of warranty otherwise it is for the best if the model is old more than a year you should replace it. Its simple as that.

I dropped my redmi mi phone here and its Saturday.I wanted my phone to be replaced with a new screen.No doubt there was a rush and we had to wait for 2 hours. The screen was available and ready to be installed.Untill then a person from the team saw the time (4:30) and told the executive to delay it and give it on Monday.I pleaded to the executive that I needed the phone for official work. But was not doneThe official timings mentioned were till 7 pm.I dont know how this would affect anybody but this is the quality of service in this store

You Guys need to practice business ethics. Disappointed by this.PS: This service center doesnt even deserves 1 star rating.

Hi All,I visited for some mobile speaker problem. So problem was sloved with replaceing with new one and they charged some amount. But it end up with 2 visit.I asked them will you accept card payment they said yes but you need to pay 2%extra.(usually this happening so.e 3years back) Its pathetic , tea wala now days using paytm. This guys are still making tracnsaction in cash. Overall I can say it was OK service.

I have Red mi 6 pro mobile, its six month old .I have receiver problem. If i get call to my mobile, am not able to hear voice of person who called me. Voice is very low. I went two times to service centre for same problem, still issue not solved.they told that they have replced speaker but problem still exist.

I have had 4 xiaomi products. The recent redmi 4 suddenly stopped working (may be because of the official software update, I had done it). When i went to this service center, they started arguing uselessly that it is water problem. I had taken care of the phone so much and it was only 6 months old. But they never believed and gave the judgement that I put it in water and there is no more warranty and asked for Rs 3000. The phone itself is Rs 7000 and within 6 months they want Rs 3000 more! I think its just their business strategy to loot their customers. After fighting with whole hierarchy of people, wasting my whole day and health, they gave a bill of Rs 350 for repair! But why should we even pay repair charges if the phone is in warranty. So it is clear they are just making money. I dont know if its Xiaomi brands strategy or this specific service center looting customer. But at the end, I have lost all the high hopes I had with this brand since customer service is more important than quality of your devices. Pathetic is the word!
