It was ugly experience.. I saw owner heat rice items in microwave, those rice were like पुलाव, dalkhichdi, upma, idli... If its truly gentleman hotel then ask owner for video recording of food items you ordered.. Be serious fends.. Im not joking but owner by himselfs serves baasi khana to guest.. If you not believe me then ask for video recording of kitchen on items you ordered of food... Truth will be in front of you

Fried rice was not of quality 😕 food packing completely loose an so do sauce missing . Gone to take parcel & the waiter couldnt speak properly English,kannada or Hindi !! How a owner allow waiter to chew tobacco or pan masala while speaking to costumer? I Missed the service of waiter whos tall & slim😇..) hope the owner checks in my complaint and my request. I request owner to look into that fat waiter whos mouth stinks of pan masala and Rude behaviour attitude . Completely disappointed 😐

A regular customer here. Very good for lunch and dinner. Hygienic and variety food provided. Veg Biryani on Thursday, all Paneer items and beverages are worth every penny. Service is very good/fast. Cost of each item is very reasonable. Home-made food feels.

Well, I would say the Place is nice and Well maintained. good food but not the best, But I could see that the rates are slightly on a higher side when compared to other near by hotels in that area.- Secondly, even though if the rates are slightly high, the food served is surely not of that Value of the money you have paid.- Service is too slow & when a customer asks for some extra Bhaji or extra rasam or sambar, either they dont respond quickly, or they try to be quiet as if they are not bothered about it and the Customer has to ask repeatedly 2-3 times again & then they serve and by the time, the person looses interest out of the food.- even though if a customer asks for some extra Bhaji, he has to wait for 3-4 mins to receive it.- Parathas are slightly over rated and not at all tasty for that price.Digital payment is accepted. Payment can be done via PAYTM BHIM GOOGLE PAY.

Good food, good service and reasonable price. One thing Id like to add as a feedback or suggestion. Ive enjoyed many meals at this place. Recently when I visited the place, one middle aged man was requesting for a thali with no vegetables and just dal. He had fever. The manager was not willing to deviate from the menu. The man had to eventually work around the restaurants menu and buy two different items to suit his diet. I have seen restaurants adjust to customer requests and make a few adjustments when necessary. Im pointing this out because you are not a franchise governed by rules. You are not a slave to someone elses terms and conditions. This is your business and that is the beauty of it, you can bend the rules if necessary. You already have good service. If on that particular day you were to bend the rules for that man, I would have said you have exceptionally good service. People may forget the taste, however they will always remember the great service they get.
